“Nice cage once put together but instructions were absolutely awful, my husband is very good when it comes to DIY but understanding these instructions isn’t easy! Really need to make these clearer!!!! Delivery was very good, ordered Tuesday morning, arrived Wednesday morning but for £20 delivery charge I would expect a good next day service! Delivery charge very steep in my book even for next day service! Cage nice though, grey and white make a nice change to the norm, how long it’ll last though I’m not sure! But on the whole nice size for two guinea pigs”

“Bought a large walk in chicken coup. Delivered on time- great service but the coup took a full day to put up. Poor instructions- that took an engineer to resolve! Once erected- coup is great... but hard work to put up. Two person job! Needs better instructions.”

“We ordered the Windsor XXL with and extension with standard shipping. We're using it for rabbits, not chickens. The delivery was super quick, so quick that the recipient went out thinking there were at least 3 days and missed the original slot. Redelivery was arranged on the same day. So pretty excellent considering the £40 difference between standard and overnight delivery. Product itself is OK. Certain parts of the wood on the run had started to split and been glued back together by the seller. The glue was melting due to the extreme heat whilst we were assembling the run so, unexpected mess. The measurements are not bang-on so the coop and run don't fit flush, neither does the roof for the run. It isn't a huge deal, as everything does fit, it's just not flush. The marks for the screws are also not bang-on but common sense fixes that. The instructions are awful. Again, common sense should prevail. It took one person 3 hours to assemble the original and extension with the odd bit of help for the heavy bits. I'd recommend two people. I was a bit disappointed that the extension only extended the length and not the width of the run. As it is, it's very skinny and we intend to DIY a width extension. Can't speak to the fox-resistance of the run and hutch as we thankfully haven't had any predators sniffing about yet.”

“Ordered a XL rabbit hutch, little bit too small on the width - which is a shame. A few screws missing on the assembled parts. Otherwise it’s a nice hutch and I was happy with it. Took about 3 hours to construct, the instructions were a bit vague. Delivered very quickly.”

“Very nice looking chicken coop but one of the hinges for the roof arrived and the bracket was not fitted correctly so we couldn't use it. Also never received a receipt for purchase.”

“The finished product was very good but we were very disappointed with the instructions. None of the parts were labelled and we had to measure it all out so we could work out which pipes went where. The chicken wire was thinner than I would have liked and will have to be reinforced and the roof cover seems a little flimsy.”

“A cute little chicken house. Easy to put together, even with a 3year old 'helping'. Wasn't so keen on the orange wood stain on it, so I painted it before I put it all together. It looks lovely. I will be adding a couple of extra bolts on the doors to make it slightly more difficult for Mr. Fox!”

“On time. Chicken coop built up already, one happy kid. Looking forward to getting our rescue battery hens soon. Yes the iron mongery items aren’t great quality, the self tapping screws are a bit rubbish but if you’re comparing turbo-gold screws then look at the price difference. I had one piece of wood needing rework but otherwise for the price, we just gonna get on with chickens. Love from Scotland.”

“Great quality and well designed product. The G named screws are small for people with larger sized fingers. The instructions need to be more detailed and simplified. Overall though great product and would definately buy from here again.”

“The chicken run is great and easy to put together. It is good quality mesh and the fixtures and also good quality. The instructions were easy to follow and everything came really well packaged in two thick cardboard boxes. The only negative comment I would make is the staff member I spoke to could have been a little more friendly and helpful when I finally got through on the phone. Overall a well deserved 4-stars and a recommendation from me.”

“The couriers failed to delivery on the original date - Claimed to have called - yet I had the day off & I was waiting in the living room. So not a great start. Saturday went to collect it and luckily it fitted into the car fine . We had the Windsor built in about 2 hours. For the cost we have been impressed with the quality and the easy of building it. There are extras of all the screws which is great. We did change the build slightly, by only fitting the hooks on the sides attached to the house. This give us an easy to move the unit about. This is a temp home for our hen while building work happening in her normal run, as a full time home we would look to have a larger run (build and extension) to give her more room.”

“The hutch is brilliant and didn't take long to build once i had worked out the instructions. The cover fits perfectly. I am really pleased. My only moan would be slightly clearer building instructions. But i'm very happy.”
