Good service from the company as the chicken pen was ordered over the Christmas period. Instructions could be made clearer to read as diagrams on small side.

Eggshell delivery etc brilliant. Product could have been better, poor instructions and some wording to explain how to put the item together would assist. However once item assembled it is a good product!

The chicken house and run were smaller than expected but still roomy enough for four hens. The wood used in construction is treated but will need regular treatment to prevent it from rotting, particularly at ground level. Putting it together was fairly quick and easy, taking two to three hours, but the detail in the plan was small and unclear, which would have made it difficult for someone who is not used to building from flat pack. The cover is worth having as it fits snuggly around the hen house, nesting box and run, keeping out cold winter winds. Overall, we are pretty satisfied with our hen house and run, particularly given its reasonably cheap cost compared with others on the market.

I would of given this a 5 but the instructions are not brilliant. They need to be bigger and easier to read. I was left with 6 pieces of wood that I had no idea where they went but the cage is standing up😃

Extremely pleased with this 7ft fox resistant coop. Quality of wood is very good and it was straightforward to build as one person. Very robust and plenty of room for 4 chickens comfortably.

Really impressed with the coop that we ordered. Would be 5 if Wood was treated. Just need them to make similar quality/cost guinea pig cages now.

Took longer to arrive than I expected and one box arrived a day later than the other. Wire mess for run is definitely fox proof but had to add a bigger door stop to house and a stronger bolt. Very easy to put together and It looks great.

Easy to order, easy to find what I was looking for and easy to pay. Only problem was I didn't get a tracking order number for the delivery service. That would have been helpful to make sure I was in when the order arrived. All goods ordered were delivered in a few days, wonderful service.

Nice hen house and run, though not much room for more than 3 birds. It is not easy to move around as although it has the wheels, the run drags on the ground causing the whole item to distort. Not sure this will last more than a year but nice design.

Very pleased with Rubbit Hutch, however the box it came in looked like it had been in a rubbish skip. I feel, as I paid for quick delivery, that I should have some refund.

Easy to order on-line. Product good quality although trays needed a little rubbing down to fit into slots, and there was a slight split in one of the tray sides from bad positioning of a screw. I would say this was excellent value for money and well worth getting the matching cover. My only gripe is on the delivery. We had a confirmation email on the Thursday saying it would arrive on the Friday between 8 & 5. It didn't arrive that day but did get delivered on the Saturday late pm ish to number 1 (we are number 2) which is across the road from us whilst we were away that day. In principle no big deal, but we had no notification left in our letterbox to advise where it had been delivered, and the poor elderly lady at number 1 didn't get a knock to request it to be left with her. She opened her front door some time later to discover a rather large box balanced precariously in her front porch!! Get the delivery bit sorted and you'll get 5*'s

The rabbit hutch was as described and customer service helpful only disappointment was the delivery company they used (yodel) but to be fair eggshell was helpful.

Really good sturdy hutch bought for two pampered guinea pigs. Instructions could of been clearer by being enlarged as at first sight looked quite confusing. With a bit of guesswork it all went together fine and should last a long time. Managed to set it all up in an hour with an electric screwdriver.

All good except slight damage on egg boxes due to packaging.

Great hutch, easy to build with minimal help (my 8 year old was all I needed!). Love the removable tray as it is metal and so non-absorbent. Our rabbit very quickly began to burrow out though, so I had to lay some bamboo fence as a floor which defeated the point of an open bottom, not the hutches fault though!

Nice cage once put together but instructions were absolutely awful, my husband is very good when it comes to DIY but understanding these instructions isn’t easy! Really need to make these clearer!!!! Delivery was very good, ordered Tuesday morning, arrived Wednesday morning but for £20 delivery charge I would expect a good next day service! Delivery charge very steep in my book even for next day service! Cage nice though, grey and white make a nice change to the norm, how long it’ll last though I’m not sure! But on the whole nice size for two guinea pigs

Bought a large walk in chicken coup. Delivered on time- great service but the coup took a full day to put up. Poor instructions- that took an engineer to resolve! Once erected- coup is great... but hard work to put up. Two person job! Needs better instructions.

We ordered the Windsor XXL with and extension with standard shipping. We're using it for rabbits, not chickens. The delivery was super quick, so quick that the recipient went out thinking there were at least 3 days and missed the original slot. Redelivery was arranged on the same day. So pretty excellent considering the £40 difference between standard and overnight delivery. Product itself is OK. Certain parts of the wood on the run had started to split and been glued back together by the seller. The glue was melting due to the extreme heat whilst we were assembling the run so, unexpected mess. The measurements are not bang-on so the coop and run don't fit flush, neither does the roof for the run. It isn't a huge deal, as everything does fit, it's just not flush. The marks for the screws are also not bang-on but common sense fixes that. The instructions are awful. Again, common sense should prevail. It took one person 3 hours to assemble the original and extension with the odd bit of help for the heavy bits. I'd recommend two people. I was a bit disappointed that the extension only extended the length and not the width of the run. As it is, it's very skinny and we intend to DIY a width extension. Can't speak to the fox-resistance of the run and hutch as we thankfully haven't had any predators sniffing about yet.
