“Very easy to follow web site, ordered without any hassle and my chicken house arrived quickly and in excellent condition. It took two of us to put it together in about an hour and the bantams absolutely love it. Sturdy construction, weatherproof and nice to look at. I would most definitely buy again from your company. One very happy customer.”

“I had to cancel my order because the coop was going to be to large for the space. I cancelled by email and phone and the gentleman was polite and understanding and paid the money back in the next day. I'm now looking for another coop on the site to order after our holiday”

“Great chicken coop and run at a good price. Came well packaged. Instructions for assembly could have been better and some screws were missing, but overall, was quite easy to put together. Overall, a good product at a good price.”

“Pleased with ordering and delivery communication. Minor probs as follows 1) 8 x C screws missing from kit 2) End block on part 16 was split along grain repaired using super glue 3) when opening nest box lid any water on the lid runs back into house/nest box. Overall pleased with product looks good, sturdy and is easy to clean”

“This is a well made product at a very competitive price and arrived very quickly and well packaged. The assembly instructions were clear and concise and I was able to fit it together by my self. All the screws/bolts etc were separately packaged and clearly marked. An extra screw was supplied for each pack which is an excellent idea as so often one often gets lost during the process. I painted mine with one of the cuprinol shades range before I assembled it, 1 litre was sufficient for 2 coats. I would recommend this product to anyone thinking of keeping a couple of bantams/chickens.”

“Very good product, with everything needed included, however I did find the instruction sheet a little difficult to understand and read as it was rather small and poorly printed (like a bad photo copy). I would also question you claim that it is suitable for 5-8 birds (dependant on size) I have 3 point of lay hens in there and it is just about adequate so I think it would be very overcrouded with 8 even if they were bantams. Other than that I am very pleased with the unit. Thank you.”

“Bought the Betty chicken house for my 4 hens - have painted and assembled it and it's pretty good for the money, bigger than I'd expected so happy my hens will have plenty of space. I selected next day delivery - I live in a rural area so was doubtful it'd come until day 2, but it came next day as promised. So overall I am very pleased - better than other companies I've dealt with.”

“Once the order was processed they rang with delivery date- could only offer a time between 9-5 on a specfic day which meant having to be in for that time. When the delivery came one of the four parcels was missing - I had to ring/email the company re the missing item but this was delivered the next day so order complete. It would be good if a more specfic time slot could be given or a call about an hour before delivery. The reason for ordering this item in the UK was because there is no international delivery so we arranging our own shipping. We have yet to put up the chicken run so hope all the bits are there!”
