“Very good product, with everything needed included, however I did find the instruction sheet a little difficult to understand and read as it was rather small and poorly printed (like a bad photo copy). I would also question you claim that it is suitable for 5-8 birds (dependant on size) I have 3 point of lay hens in there and it is just about adequate so I think it would be very overcrouded with 8 even if they were bantams. Other than that I am very pleased with the unit. Thank you.”

“Bought the Betty chicken house for my 4 hens - have painted and assembled it and it's pretty good for the money, bigger than I'd expected so happy my hens will have plenty of space. I selected next day delivery - I live in a rural area so was doubtful it'd come until day 2, but it came next day as promised. So overall I am very pleased - better than other companies I've dealt with.”

“Once the order was processed they rang with delivery date- could only offer a time between 9-5 on a specfic day which meant having to be in for that time. When the delivery came one of the four parcels was missing - I had to ring/email the company re the missing item but this was delivered the next day so order complete. It would be good if a more specfic time slot could be given or a call about an hour before delivery. The reason for ordering this item in the UK was because there is no international delivery so we arranging our own shipping. We have yet to put up the chicken run so hope all the bits are there!”

“Although Eggshell were very quick to replace a faulty part, and were helpful with assembly queries, we were not impressed with the quality of the wood, which split very easily when screwing fixings in. I don't think this coup/run will last the 10 years my previous one did. Had I seen if before buying, I probably wouldn't have done.”

“This has got to be one of the most simple on line purchases I have made. I placed the order and the next day I got a phone call to confirm the delivery, which was in a days time. My Nelly hen house and run was great value for the money. It is exactly what it said on the tin. You would pay a lot more elsewhere. Great service !! Would use again and would definitely recommend this company. Thank you and see you soon.????????”

“Overall quite happy. The sturdiness is just ok for the price, and all very easy to put together and finish off. Only criticism I have is that the wheels I ordered for my chicken house are of appalling quality - within first yard of pushing chicken house into position they have buckled and gone off centre. Shame that such a minor thing has spoilt what is otherwise a good product for a good price. Delivery very quick also.”

“Although I am pleased with the quality of the products, I am disappointed that when I tried to put the run up to the house, it didn't fit. I had to remove the handles just to get it flush with the front of the house. Another point is, that there is no way of stopping the chickens from crawling under the gap below the door. I screwed a piece of plywood to the front to prevent this happening. Perhaps these comments might be taken into consideration for future customers.”

“Excellent quality. Well worth the money it cost. Relatively easy to put together with two people. We now have two bunnies very happy with their home. We bought the extension run for our coop and that provides more than enough space for our rabbits to run around ????”
