“We ordered a "Thermonet" 5265 programmer which was advertised as that. The one that arrived did not have the Thermonet logo on it, as per the one we have elsewhere in the house and as shown on the Thermonet web site. I therefore spent an hour or so checking specifications etc to ensure that this unit would be satisfactory and was not a cheap Chinese copy. Eventually I realised that it is the same unit as the Thermonet one. It is made by Honeywell with the only difference being that the Thermonet ones are badged as such. It would have been sensible to explain this on your web site to avoid any temporary panic.”

“Delivery was very prompt but alas the heater did not work. Not Edwardes fault. I unfortunately through the box away on the day that it arrived in my haste to tidy up. Only then I found the heater did not work. An expensive mistake !”

“Would have been good to know the order was coming in 2 deliveries as thought initially one item was forgotten as it was not even mentioned on despatch note as to follow. Did get another delivery notification later that day so then didn't have to chase it up.”
