“Quick and easy transaction. Good that I got an exact delivery time on the day of Delivery as when u work it's hard to always be in for parcels. The timer ordered was packaged badly, the original package had already been opened then cello taped back together. Not sure what all that was about. In all quick and easy transaction.”

“If I lived in the UK, it would have been excellent. As it was I had to get delivery to a UK address and then collect the package from there. It was next day delivery in the UK and works perfectly.”

“Ordering was simple and easy and delivery was prompt. However there was no information on progress of the order or when I could expect delivery for instance a. Order despatched b. By the delivery service. Your order will be delivered on (date) / (time) a time slot or am/pm would be good. When I telephone to enquire staff were very helpful.”

“Everything was fine, apart from rather inaccurate delivery forecast: first shipping advice never materialised, and was then superseded by a second one, which came in the on time. It would be VERY good if the driver were to contact recipients when s/he was 100% certain of time or arrival, to save a lot of hanging about! Thanks :-)”

“Edwardes offered the best price I could find on a Dualit Vario Toaster. This eventually arrived in good order. The carrier they used was unable to find our house leading to several days delay. The outer packaging was broken on arrival and the toaster was saved by the quality of the dualit carton.”

“Bought a Dyson fan heater. Given good comms and an hour arrival window for delivery and item arrived in that window. Outside packaging was plastic with bubble wrap inside, however the Dyson Box was quite bashed about but the product wasn't harmed. The black plastic outer wrapping was quite dirty. The product was by far the best price on the UK Internet and delivery was very fast. Pleased with my Dyson fan heater.”
