“It was one of the few online stores that offered me the exact LED light bulb that I was looking for, a LED replacement for tungsten halogens. I'll be placing another order for the same in due course. I have also noticed that they an interesting range of products on offer, I'll definitely visit this site in future. Good service and prompt delivery.”

“quick delivery, however, 3m pvc duct was shattered at one end. Fortunately there was enough undamaged to complete the job. Better packaging would be a good idea to protect against 'white van man'. Plastic is quite brittle and 'clips' on t-joints can snap off if you're too forceful or clip on and off too many times. Looks tidy when installed.”

“quick delivery but one of the 5 heaters was damaged so had to ask for a replacement, but a new one was sent the next day and the damaged one picked up so overall it was a good service and price.”

“I emailed a request to see if it was possible to get a text alert re delivery time, but had no response. Fortunately I called your office, and my item was delivered the following day, yesterday, and left with a responsible neighbour. But on balance, am very impressed.”

“One point I feel really needs addressing when ordering on your site : Every time you select something to your basket you are taken to your basket page. This gets really tiresome because you have to then navigate back to where you wanted to order the next item -often six layers of selection just to get back to the item usually below the first. The page you are on should not change when you add to basket - instead provide a basket & return to page button. It's never necessary to have to check your basket every time you add an item and an optional button would stop the frustration. Hope this helps, it would certainly help me. ***”
