“Edwardes service good wth competitive prices compared with other suppliers. The CK RJ45 crimper purchased is far better quality than the cheap unbranded tool it replaced- the difference is a first time reliable crimp against frustrating time-consuming fault -finding. Unfortunately let down by the courier company who sent out confusing emails about delivery times wasting time all round. This might have been down to the actual driver concerned who was less than helpful. The goods did eventually arrive as planned.”

“The items listed on the website had bad descriptions and images, otherwise faultless. Customer service was great, sent me out another order when there van broke down and it arrived within 20 minutes. Items were as described and expected, very sattisfied overall”

“Everything fine, apart from the packaging! Though the light bulb I received needed to be well protected, the mass of plastic packaging tape was excessive. And, more importantly, I don't think this kind of tape is recyclable. Other firms I've dealt with use a paper-based packaging tape, which I strongly advise Edwardes Bros to use.”

“No problems with the goods which were well packed and all as ordered. Delivery man was in such a hurry though he was nearly back in his van by the time we got to the doo! to receive the delivery.”
