“Easy ordering process and goods arrived promptly. There were 2 bulbs missing from the pack but, following an email, the cost of the missing bulbs was immediately refunded. My only complaint is that the refund didn't include delivery costs, which meant that the unit cost for 8 bulbs was higher than I had expected, and I therefore could have got the bulbs for a lower unit cost elsewhere.”

“Your website doesn't do you justice. The home page is not comprehensive enough and the search facility is not good. You can enter an article and it doesn't show all available things that might be found later in another area. I wrote an email to you with a query as to if you stock value black domestic 13 amp plugs - 4 or so days ago - still waiting for a reply .... not good for your business you must give a prompt answer to emails. You are good value and I am attracted by the free postage over £25 and because of this I would recommend you.”
