Ordered on 27 Dec and still waiting delivery which I will now not receive until after 4 Jan. Should have gone to Amazon as delivery would have now taken place. What is the point of sending me a review to complete when delivery has not occurred. Yet another faux pas by Edwardes. Do not recommend.

I haven't received my parcel as interlink have delivered to wrong place and need customer parcel number and are saying its your fault ! However it's their driver who's at fault . I need to install the contactor on Monday and now can't ! Can you send me the parcel number please

This order was originally due for delivery 27/01/16 between 12 and 1pm, as advised on the morning by your firm. The delivery driver never came, even though I waited in from 11am and the order is now out for delivery again on 28/01/16. I've now had to take two periods of absence from work (which as self-employed costs me money). As I paid £4.95 for next delivery, I expected exactly that. Sorry but I can't take that chance next time. I place some very large and time critical orders and need a supplier I can rely on, including their chosen provider for delivery. Simply not good enough.

I ordered the item via the internet and all was going well. It was delivered to a safe place as instructed however the wrong item was delivered. When I phoned to report this the person was pleasant however they took absolutely no interest in helping the customer - the next delivery they could do was 11 days away so I am having to spend Christmas and New Year with some light bulbs out. It is the first and now probably the last time I will deal with the firm. I will also let others know how poor their customer service is. If they cared about their customers they would have arranged for a special courier to deliver the items in the next day or so - after all it is their fault not mine. Yet again another British firm who do not value customers - a satisfied customer will tell two others where as a bad experience is related eight times - what does this say about this firm. They did not offer any compensation or attempt to make me feel valued - I am just a number to them.

Doesn't deliver to Northern Ireland. In the days marketplaces are taking over it is key independent websites catch up. To not use Royal Mail or similar postal provider to deliver orders outside the mainland is crazy. Yet again I go to Amazon to get the customer service and delivery options required.

I ordered a replacement lamp, but although it looked well packed, the lamp itself was broken in two, and is completely useless.

Left instructions for items to be left by porch. Received email that nobody was at home to sign for items so they would be re-delivered on Friday 14th October. No show on Friday 14th October and no communication. Will be contacting organisation tomorrow to find out where goods are.

Worst delivery service ever Now got to collect Interlink are a rubbish company Always cause problems As a company we aviod them as much as possible This also reflects on who we purchase from in the future In short interlink have lost you further business

I ordered 5 Liteplan lighting back up kits lately including Battery/LED Indicator and ballast and I did not get the batteries. Only the ballasts and the LEDs have been delivered.

I got a telephone call the day after I placed my order to say that you don't deliver to the Scottish Islands. This was very disappointing. I was asked if I had a mainland address it could be delivered to. Why would I want that? Your Home page says you have free delivery for all orders over £35 + VAT. You do not say Mainland Britain Only!! If Next Directory can have my order at my house within 36 hours of me placing the order why can't you?

I waited in all day for the delivery. I tracked it via the DPD app. Only to relieve a message saying that the delivery driver had been and gone even though I was at the delivery address waiting for him. This has held up my job and now have to loose another day waiting for items item to be delivered again. Terrible service. Highly unlikely to use it again

I placed an order and was given confirmation but later on the same day was informed deliveries to N Ireland were not possible.Most other companies manage to stop the order before completion when they recognise a delivery address which isn't covered. Perhaps it would be best if you could update your system to prevent the order being placed for areas you don't deliver to.

The site takes orders for Northern Ireland customers, but is unable to fulfil these. Leads to a disappointing experience. That said, the company informed me within about 12 hours, and promptly processed a refund.

Poor performances as overseas delivery is rejected afterwards that ordre are placed without any obsticles as the web shop accept abroad adress and country I Sound linke a joke wwhen reject mail are send after money widraval from my account

The search engine is very poor. I think when you type in keywords then a list of products should come up. I.e. rcbo. A list of manufacturers should come up with further options to include size and type etc. When you think you've narrowed down the search there is often a link say for type b , when you hit it there often nothing there! Needs massive overhaul Boys and the fact you can't download your catalogue onto *** the biggest mobile device out there....sort it out.
