“After delivering a sub-standard fan unit, which they could have easily avoided, they exonerated themselves by delivering a correct unit in their own transport within hours.”

“Really good quick service. Unfortunately one of the two items didn't work (lamps) no problem except the items were no longer available, so I was offered a refund without question. Just waiting for the refund to hit my bank account. Didn't ask for my bank details so do they keep my card details if so how long for. Or will I have to chase them up? I would use them again or recommend them if my refund appears without me having to chase them up.”

“Would have been 5 stars however the wrong colour item was sent! Apart from that, very fast delivery and made it even better because it was free. Also, once I had advised the wrong item had been sent. They were more than helpful and the correct item was delivered to me the next day and incorrect item collected.”

“Goods were exactly as described and arrived unbelievably fast. Only thing that knocked off a star was the fact the delivery (which I'd asked to be delivered to my work address) arrived addressed to the wrong person. Luckily the invoice inside had my name on it so the other person - also an Edwardes customer - could track me down. That said, I'd happily use them again.”
