“instructions link did not work properly. Texted leave with any neighbour before delivery but had a not telling me "you were not in so we will call again tomorrow"”

“Nice clear. easy to use website, good email info on order progress. Product (dual tube electronic ballast) was not easy to source, so it was good to find full specs, wiring etc online as PDF to confirm product suitability. Only gripe was shown as 'in stock' when in fact had to be backordered, so delivery took 8 days, but my telephone enquiry answered immediately by a human being who immediately gave me full info on order. Delivery system good with 1 hour slot given by mobile text, basically next day after arrived in store. Will use again, recommended.”

“It was one of the few online stores that offered me the exact LED light bulb that I was looking for, a LED replacement for tungsten halogens. I'll be placing another order for the same in due course. I have also noticed that they an interesting range of products on offer, I'll definitely visit this site in future. Good service and prompt delivery.”
