“Recieved an item which looked like it had been used before (or badly manufactured), I was first asked to return the item at my cost however eventually got Eden & Willow to pay for the return. Recieved a refund however the original delivery charge was deducted which is very poor considering the item was not perfect

“Everything was great except for the delivery as used Evri (was Hermes) for delivery- they always say they have attempted delivery when they haven’t (local Facebook page rages about this regularly) and say will attempt the next day, and then the next day… so fustrating as reluctant to order again as products are great, but delivery rubbish. Is there an alternative delivery we could choose? Many thanks”
