“Service was very good but delivery was disappointing. Goods took four days to arrive which is fine it was just each day I received an email saying "delivery would be Tuesday 2nd" Tuesday morning arrived and an email saying "sorry there is a delay delivery will now be Wednesday 3rd" and so on.”
