Itens purchased were excellent. I have been shopping from here very long time. Unfortunately last experience was not good. I got intouch with customer services to explain some items received were damaged. They were very quick to send replacement whilst explaing to the advisor how many items were damaged i found the attitude of the advisor was not pleasant quite demeaning. Hence 4 stars.
