I’ve placed an order two weeks ago still have not received the product I’ve emailed even though you say it’s a quick response had no return correspondence as yet , called numerous times not one call answered worst service I have ever experienced , won’t be ordering again and definitely won’t be recommending you to anyone Mr Jones Order 310953

I haven’t received my order still have tried to get in contact but there phones are a fake and I’ve emailed and messaged on Facebook and nothing back. Will be calling bank and getting money back. Worst Vape site I have ever used. Will never use again and make sure everyone I know don’t use it either

Hello Paul, Sorry, we do not offer support via Facebook or any Social Media. Unfortunately, we can't seem to track your shipment. As this was the last SMOK 80w kit we had in stock and are unable to source another, we have raised a claim with our Royal Mail account manager and issued you a full refund back to your payment method. I have been trying to get in touch with customer sevice for a week now with no success no one there sent over 5 emails no reply was short of 1 concentrate bottle just says on invoice sheet sorry 1 to follow no email saying out of stock and no message to say change order or nothing of the sort first and last time I will order from here stay well clear short deliver you and say sorry on invoice when gets delivered and good luck trying to get a reply need to work on communication so now one short concentrate that I payed for with no communication and no refund or chance to change stay well clear

Terrible to get hold of. I called, I emailed and still nothing. I purchased the Uwell and it took forever to get the thing to work. Also purchased the 1000mg cbd oil. You think you’re buying a strong dose of cbd when actual fact there’s only 2% in the entire bottle. Never buying from here again. I want to be able to speak to someone when I need help, I want to be able to get help when I need it. Was also delivered over the 1-3 time slot.

First of all the juices tasted weird, i ordered Reds E juice, the Authenticator on the official website didnt seem to have records of it either, but then the team said i can send them back and they insisted the products were genuine, fair enough for that, i sent the stuff back which is also received by them as confirmed by one of their staff and he said the refund has been processed, but its been over 2 weeks now and i havent got the money and these guys are neither picking up the phone nor replying back to my email. Pathetic customer service, never ordering from here again.

Probably the worst products and customer service I have ever received. items which were received were duds. have sent order back with tracked returns. eventually got an email back on 04.04 advising they have refunded me on friday 1st april. still nothing. have emailed and asked them to confirm the amount and payment method they have refunded...still nothing. delivery time was great though and they did offer free returns. i dont like to slander business' but having to chase my own money just isn't right.

i ordered my vape on April 1st and still have not received it, i have emailed on numerous occasions and have only had one reply since which was no help as they asked a question and then never replied, i am extremely disappointed in this and have asked for mine to now be reshipped and to have one free courtesy of you guys and this has caused much inconvenience to me kind regards Darcy

Ordered 9 items in Jan. Got 6. Promised to send replacements and never did, despite numerous support tickets. Issued a chargeback with bank. Seems they spend more time social media than correcting their mistakes. Avoid.
