“The vapes I ordered have still not turned up from last month. I’ve emailed 4 times and no reply. I wouldn’t have given them one star but I had to to write this message.”

“Made 2 purchases and none have arrived in over 2 weeks. Contacted customer support, radio silence, no response to emails or calls. Better off purchasing in vape shops where you pay and collect your items. I won’t purchase from this company again…!”

“I’m a regular customer had no problems until now 11/1/22 I made an order on the 31/12/21 and still not received my order so I tried getting in contact by E-Mail and telephone I’ve had no reply or response either way I’ve lost out on my order and money… terrible service!!”

“Order number 299933 I am so demoralised I dont like to leave bad feedback without speaking to the company first! I have sent messages emails messages upon emails and not a single reply. When my order arrived their was a scruffy little note written on the invoice saying sorry watermelon to follow. It was a 100ml and I am disabled and live on a very low income. I can’t afford to be paying for goods that aren’t fulfilled. I am genuinely upset being ignored has really upset me. What company takes your money and doesn’t send the goods a note saying sorry and will send separate. And weeks later still no juice or refund or a single reply. £12-99 you owe me- I paid £42 for this order off 4 bottles and only 2 were useable and one didn’t arrive. Please send me my refund. I need the money. Still waiting for product and my refund. Cant begin to explain how sad I feel and disappointed- can’t afford to have to replace something I cant afford because you have taken advantage- or need new staff!! Kind regards Kerry ollier”
