Hi Mateusz, I believe you spoke with our support staff a few hours before leaving this review, they provided you with your tracking information which was sent to you on the dispatch of your order. Haven’t even received my order. I’ve tried emailing and I’ve had no response. I’ve tried calling and the phone doesn’t get answered. I will definitely not be using again.

Next day delivery took 3 days, 2 of the 6 items I ordered were missing and 1 item was sent twice. Finally received a reply to my email saying they would re-ship my order however I don’t hold out much hope. First and possibly last time of ordering from them.

Good Morning Sarah, Sorry to hear this, however, we are not Mi-Pod and just a reseller so I feel this review is a little harsh as it should be a product review not a company review. If you emailed support@e-liquids.uk one of our support staff would be able to help and we would be more than happy to resolve this issue for you as you are protected by a warranty with ourselves, which not many online retailers offer. This saves you from dealing with Mi-Pod USA directly. Paid for next working day delivery on morning of wed 16th, still not turned up on evening of 21st

Sent me a 60ml bottle instead of a 100ml and put a 100ml sticker on it to make it look like that’s what it was, and On top of that they didn’t give me a full bottle on either of my purchases. very disappointed won’t be ordering from here again

I have yet to receive my order, I contacted customer service to check a detail on the order and they have not replied. This is my first order from anyone who sells vapes and I am disappointed and over 20 quid down.

The vapes I ordered have still not turned up from last month. I’ve emailed 4 times and no reply. I wouldn’t have given them one star but I had to to write this message.

Made 2 purchases and none have arrived in over 2 weeks. Contacted customer support, radio silence, no response to emails or calls. Better off purchasing in vape shops where you pay and collect your items. I won’t purchase from this company again…!
