“Terrible company, delivery of goods was meant to be here last Monday. Still nothing, I’ve messaged/emailed them numerous times and no reply. My parcel was meant to be sent with Royal Mail but sent with DHL instead who have 10,000 1 star reviews. What a trash company. Avoid like the plague. Honestly go to any one else.”

“I purchased E-liquids from E-liquids UK. This is the one of my worst experience and I SERIOUSLY DISAPPOINTED. First, I have ordered DHL shipping service with additional fee, but they sent with Royal mail. I've sent e-mail to customer support to ask this problem, but my e-mail has been ignored. Second,same day dispatch is NOT working. I havn ordered my E-liquids and Royal mail notice me to shipper is under preparing the cargo after a week. Then about 1 week past, my E-liquids haven't ship yet. TERRIBLE SERVICE.”

“Delivery in 1 to 3 days has not happened and 8 days later I have still not had a reply from 2 emails, as well as no one answers the phone. I simply would like to know what is happening with the vape juice I ordered”

“I placed an order on the 4th January. Tracking says its been in transit for 16 days. Was promised a replacement but still not recieved 18 days after original purchase! I have only recieved 1 email over this time, no more communications! Feel as though I've been robbed! Legal action will be coming soon I'm down just over £50 very bad service. Never had any issues till now and no help!”

“WARNING!!! SCAM WEBSITE! They will not post my order after several weeks and have ignored 40+ phone calls and 3+ emails. They are not going to give me my money back. Absolute thiefs. There is no way to contact them. Be warned!”

“BE WARNED, ELIQUIDS.UK IS A SCAM WEBSITE! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND WON'T POST THE ORDER!!! An appalling, disgusting company, clearly a scam. They took money from me weeks ago, did not send the order, and did not respond to my 30+ attempts at phoning (the phone would just ring out, no automatic message or voicemail) and my many many emails and contact forms. This is clearly a criminal website, scamming people and stealing their money. DO NOT SHOP HERE!”
