“Not very good! Tried contacting via phone multiple times, no answer… Then via Email, no reply. I paid £5.99 for next day dispatch delivery and it’s been 5 days now and still my order hasn’t been dispatched or have I had a response regarding my order.”

“Avoid at all costs! Items didn’t turn up. No answer from support for nearly 3 weeks (and counting). Can see other people have had this issue as well. Now out of pocket and having to try and recover it via a chargeback. Use any other retailer if you can”

“I placed two orders from this company only the second order arrived with 2 items missing they sent me a coupon through email which I thought was wrong it should be a refund!!!! One of the orders I had to fight for my money back because they didn't send it even though they said they had .it took me at least 3-4 weeks they don't answer any emails or phone calls.it kept saying it does not exist.so do not buy from this company at all stay clear from them .I am still out of pocket because I didn't get my refund for the two items that were out of stock .scammmmm.”

“HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Never got my package and when i contacted them, never got a reply for almost three weeks now even though i reached out twice, only got an automated message that they will reply in the next working day but never got the message, i want a refund immediately and will NEVER be buying from them again, espacially that they deliver by DHL who cant even deliver a package to the wrong house, the most horrible experience i ever had”

“Been three week since order placed (order number 333996) and constantly been trying to get hold of E-liquids UK. Was shipped incorrect items in post to the order placed. Ever since been trying to reach out to this company without a response. Only received one response from the support team was promised to receive the correct items but the day is yet to come and still countless of my emails and calls are yet to be responded to. UTTERLY DISSAPPOINTED!!”

“Abysmal website. Customer service is non-existant. What they have done with my order is fraudulent. 5 months I've been waiting for my order or a refund. Absolutely shocking. Excuses saying my enquiries have gone to an automated inbox is pathetic, twice I've been told it would be re dispatched and to no avail. Disgusting behaviour and I shall be taking it further.”

“Ordered on the 12th march 43.00 worth of stuff and still waiting for my parcel. DHL has lost my parcel, so I contacted support and they said they look into it and resend them out 4 days ago It's now been 6 days, had to email twice more and had no response both times. Not good!!”

“Scam! Don't order from them! Tracking with DHL paid for on invoice but none given with dispatch email. No response from support or returns emails, no answer to phone calls and the contact section on their site freezes. They were quick enough to take my money though. Going to have to contact the bank now. What a joke.”

“Great if they actually deliver. Ordered 2 weeks ago, contacted customer service by every way possible and haven't heard a thing from them. Company is clearly very disorganised and no care for what happens to your order once you've paid for it. Plenty of other better alternatives who'll consistently deliver and respond to your questions.”
