My order was wrong, twice. Doxzoo sent a replacement for the first time, but it was wrong again.

Customer service is great. Not really impressed with final product, 'soft cover' is just paper, could and should have done it myself

Hi Amy, Thank you for sharing feedback. We're glad you're pleased with our customer service however sorry to hear you are not impressed with the final product. By default, we match the booklet cover stock to the inner pages for a consistent look. However we do also offer a card cover option, which is on a thicker stock. To apply this setting, choose an option in the 'Card Cover' drop down menu when configuring the document. We hope to print for you again soon. Best wishes, The Doxzoo Team

Some printings were pixelated and the edges cut of the print area. The paper quality was amazing. Prints without problems came out fantastic.

I was a bit disappointed. I thought I had clicked the button to copy the first page to cover instead, but I received my soft cover book with the first page moved to cover which meant that the calendar spreads in the book are not across two pages, making them really difficult to use. Otherwise the book is perfect. The posters were perfect.

Service was very quick and quality is fine. Two small forget the colour cover insert from my folder and the first page was crumpled in transit, leaving the holes almost ripped from the binder. Fixable but not the best. Good news is they promised to mail me the cover when I emailed.

Easy, simple service. The product itself is very reasonably priced but the cost of delivery was extorniate, especially considering the package itself.

Hi Joshua, Thank you for the valuable feedback. Our delivery price structure is currently optimised for single document orders, as opposed to multiple documents within one order. To combat this, we are currently reconfiguring our delivery price structure to better cater to customers ordering multiple items in one order. My experience with Doxzoo started off great. I was impressed with their attentiveness specifically regarding my first order. The second order has confused me, however. I don't think I have been responded to, til this day. Maybe my order isn't big (attractive) enough, yet. To complete my query and order, I decided to go through their online tool which I find gives different quotes for the same orders (and the item delete option would not work). Then, I could have sworn that I chose a "single sided" print (my order came double-sided). I think it would help to send the customer a description of what they ordered. Even show this before checking out. I just hope my work is safe from unauthorized replication.
