I placed an order for 12 A5 booklets in colours plus saddle stitch binding on Wednesday 10/01 with delivery date two days later. We got our order in time, the print is good, however the binding quality is quite poor, in some booklets the staples are not aligned into the central fold and there are some loose pages which the staples are not able to keep them inside the booklet. I understand that the time was quite strict and the order was pretty urgent, but I expected a better production quality.
