I gave Doxzoo a try after my usual company could not produce a book with so many pages ( 720 ) in A4. Some niggles , PDF would not upload several times , limited paper GSM , glue showing on outer edge of the book and one corner damaged. Good points , cheap , easy to use cover designer , cheap , arrived on time , cheap. Would I use Doxzoo again ? Mmmm , yes I would for my own use books of this size. But I think if I was to do a more customer oriented book of this size I would do two volumes with my original supplier and pay the extra.

We are happy with the fast service which is excellent, but not pleased with the following which are poor 1) The book should be perfect bound yet some of the book glue has already disintegrated and the book pages have started falling apart....How will a reader cope? 2) The cut of some of the books is very rough, the covers not straight at all 3) Some of the laminate on the cover is not well pressed Please try and ensure all-round excellence. thanks

Although the order was initially sent out with an incorrect amount of pages, I received a very timely response and the situation was remedied efficiently enough. I fully intend on using the service again, despite the initial problems. Cheers.

Well after 3 years and three attempts; this is the first order they got right 1st time. 👍 Although they still hike postage and packing costs ripping the customer off. £6.46 charged. £3.12 actual cost. Shameful practice in my opinion. Packing should be no more that £1.

Actual print quality is fantastic. There was a border issue on one of my prints and they reprinted free of charge. The issue is the packaging. In my first order, the A3 prints were loose and arrived with damaged corners. They were resent free of charge, packaged a lot better. The poster on foam board was dispatched separately (I wasn't given the separate tracking code) and arrived very bent - packaging was just a layer of bubble wrap. Doxzoo either needs to drastically improve their packaging or find a different delivery company. Gave me a refund on the poster.

I ordered a simple booklet with the square back option with same day production. The book was produced and delivered very quickly which I cannot fault. However, the quality of the book is not so pleasing. I have tried contacting through email and I have heard nothing back for nearly a week. The front cover which I chose to be printed in solid black had a white rough edge to it from being trimmed, and the staples along the spine were completely out of line, and the cover felt like it was about to fall off. I know these are little things, but I can produce simple booklets myself at home, so I chose Doxzoo to guarantee peace of mind that my booklet would be of a professional finish, but sadly, this wasn't the case. I am hoping this was just a one-off because everything else about the Doxzoo service was great.

The quality was fine, however I was disappointed with the delivery time. It's advertised as 2 days delivery 1st class mail, but does not specify that this is from the time of dispatch. I have waited almost a week for my item to be dispatched under the assumption that it would take 2 days to arrive from the time of order.

Hi Anna, Thank you for sharing feedback. We are sorry to hear that Royal Mail did not deliver within the timescale you expected. As advised on your order confirmation and despatch emails, the order despatched on Wed 3rd May, with delivery estimated for Thu 4th May. Unfortunately Royal Mail delivery dates are always estimated and not trackable. This is stated on the website (delivery page, order summary page, FAQs etc.) and the order confirmation and despatch confirmation emails. To help manage customer expectations, we always include the despatch date and estimated delivery date on the delivery page and order summary page prior to payment. This allows our customers to make an informed choice before ordering. These dates are also stated on the order confirmation (received after ordering) and despatch confirmation emails (received after despatch). Unhappy with process. Having put the document into A5 the programme reworked it to A4. I didn't notice this and so ended up with A4 books instead of A5. And the covers at this size curl badly.

We recommend that customers double check these emails after ordering, as they act as the receipt for the order. reasonable delivery speed and good quality of printing. Only problem was when my booklet arrived, it wasn't in perfect condition as the edges were "dog eared"

The document was of a good standard, however it arrived damaged, the files were soon replace, i will order again to see if this happens again. if they arrive damaged i will not use again.
