Hi Tim, Thank you for your message. We are sorry to hear that you think we weren't very helpful. We have had a look and noticed that unfortunately the editing period had closed when you contacted us about changing your order. Doxzoo is a completely automated service and we offer a 1 hour editing window to all registered users (15 minutes for same day orders) however, once this has ended the order hits production straight away to ensure there are no delays and therefore we do not have the facility to make changes. Worst service ever and Paul is of no use to ur online chat... I will be taking my money else were although you where cheaper guess u pay for the service u get cheap and pathetic. When uploading a file as 1 kb, doesn't even complete the uploading just freezes. Iv upload a bank statement a payslip to see if it's my files no its ur useless system. As Paul said i should use a different supplier I most definitely will!!!! As long as I will get a better service for the amount im about to spend.

The doxzoo system changed the font of my documents from a handwriting one to block capitals rendering the docs useless to me. Customer service response was tough luck. Taking my custom elsewhere!

Sorry to hear that you are not happy with our response. We try very hard to get things right. We did explain that you had not embedded your fonts, and so this was the cause of the issue. We provide a preview on screen of all documents (page by page) for customers to view and check before printing, this is a unique feature of our service and gives customers the ability to be sure about things before ordering. The issue you had did show up clearly on the preview. We always try to communicate rapidly and offered a discount on a future order as a gesture of goodwill. We do however rely on customers checking their artwork and we are always happy to provide assistance on this through articles or livechat

I ordered a binded notepad and glued notepad. When they arrived the binded note pad, front and back cover were cut shorter than the lined pages so the lined pages were hanging over the edge of the covers and were visible when the note book was closed. The glued notepads had the same issue and also had glue down the sides of the note pad. Although this was very frustrating, I understand things like this can happen so i raised a complaint via the live chat and spoken to someone called Lucy. I stressed the importance of needing the reprints to be delivered with next day delivery as I needed these products ahead of a meeting. I found Lucy to have an attitude and made me feel as if my custom wasn't valued, guilty for raising my dissatisfaction and as if i was in the wrong expecting the best possible outcome which to me was ensuring the reprints are sent out to me next day delivery. Very skeptical about the reprint as the attitude if the customer service advisor has made me believe the whole company has a don't care attitude hence why the printing was so awful.

Hello Donna, I am sorry your royal mail delivery has not arrived yet. Unfortunately royal mail deliveries are not trackable as mentioned at checkout and there are localised delays at some local sorting offices . The only guaranteed next day service is via courier. We dont have a record of you getting in touch so drop us a message on live chat and we will aim to put things right.

Delivery was really bad by dpt I will never deal with doxzoo anymore.. I paid almost £9 extra and didn't received a proper same day delivery also... Real real disappointed

Really disappointed - an easy process to upload, great initial communication, but my order received back (now nearly 5 weeks since I ordered). While I appreciate that Royal Mail could also be at fault, communication with Doxzoo about the missing order was unhelpful, placing all blame on the postal services, and not offering any form of recompense. With no proof that my printing was ever even undertaken, I will not be returning to Doxzoo as I can't help wondering if they simply took my money. I hate leaving a negative review, but have tried direct communication to resolve the issue, to no avail. Such a shame.

Hello, I am sorry to hear that you feel disappointed by the service we provided. I am afraid I cannot look up your records as you have not provided a name, order number or means of contacting you. Doxzoo provide a 100% guarantee on all our printing and if an item is not delivered or arrives below standard than we will always reprint or refund whether by Royal Mail or Courier. Royal Mail as widely publicised on the news/our website is experiencing localised delays due to Covid, this is unfortunately outside our control and thus why we recommend the courier option for time critical items. With reference to your comment about proof of despatch we always email on confirmation of order as well as when the item is scanned out of our building (and with courier option you can track the parcel to your door). Once again I am sorry you are disappointed but if you get in touch we would as ever be happy to provide a refund or reprint.

The delivery date that you choose is not accurate and the customer service agents relay that very impolitely if you ask why your parcel hasn’t been delivered on the day you picked and paid for. I still haven’t received my parcel which was supposed to come 2 days ago so can’t really comment any further, just thoroughly disappointed with the service.

They want a review on a product I haven't received, so you will get one star because I haven't received yet. Maybe you should try to be as efficient with your deliveries. No doubt COVID and Xmas will get the blame

Order hasn’t arrived yet. First time I’ve not received an order on the predicted date. Since I’ve been asked to write a review, here it is! Contacted live chat before reviewing to get an idea of what kind of delays they’re experiencing with the post and got a copy/paste answer from the website so no help whatsoever. I will continue to wait and hope my order arrives and is what I’m expecting. Until then, can’t give the company more than 1 star due to no product and unhelpful customer service. Maybe don’t request reviews so soon in future!!

I called and said I wanted some sheets laminated but the website was a bit unclear how to select this. After explaining that I wanted laminated sheet as if I was using a normal laminator, the person explained how to select this. Laminated was a plastic film over the top of my prints! Perfect. they arrived and it was no more than a piece of paper with a shine on it after calling and getting a very unhelpful and patronising person on the phone I was told I needed to order encapsulated. I explained that this means nothing to the general public and if you order laminated you expect to get what you would if you used a laminator and laminating pouches. I was told it wasnt her fault I didnt know what I was ordering and it clearly states the difference. After having a look it isnt clear and stated that laminating is a clear plastic film over your print outs. Which to every day people is what a laminator does. I am annoyed that its is misleading but I am fuming about the way I was treated like an idiot for not knowing the difference. You dont go to currys and buy an ecapsulator and encapsulating punches do you.

very disappointed, terrible service. upload many documents and they were print as "continuous", without any logic. Now I have more than 500 pages of rubbish, and they cannot even help. I'll definitely use another service.

The option to “print as a continuous document” was selected rather than “start each file on a new page”. The spec you chose would have been reflected to you on the online previewer and therefore we cannot arrange a reprint or refund as per our terms and conditions, sorry about that. I'm sorry that it was not how you expected it however we do have an online previewer which does show how your file will be printed and we have printed in line with that. We have offered to provide you with a discount code as a gesture of goodwill off of a future order should you want to edit your file and re-upload, but we have not heard back from you. Hi Foluso, As explained on live chat last week, we are sorry your order was not as expected however we did print in line with what was shown to you on the online previewer. As an automated service the online previewer gives an exact representation of how your document will be printed. On our booklet printing page and within our help articles we do explain that we cannot print from double page spreads, we would require single pages to be uploaded for our booklet printing service. The good: They refund you when you get damaged goods. The bad: They deliver damaged items, multiple times. So I made an order and it arrived damaged, okay - no big deal, I contacted the support and they printed and sent the item again. The problem is that this item is ALSO damaged, in the same way. One can be an accident, but two in a row indicates some deeper issues with the packaging and quality control. I can not recommend this company for any sort of printing services. Keep in mind that this delivery was also £20.73 within the EU for a single item (plus printing). In the end they refunded me for the whole purchase.
