I ordered prints from doxzoo after a recommendation. Unfortunately, they came incredibly damaged. All of my prints were creased because of how poorly they were packed. There wasn't any care put into protecting them. Edges were damaged. Not to mention pure lack of attention to how they were actually printed on the paper (some were off the grid, borders were different on all of them). I would like to get a refund because this is absolutely criminal. I would've been better off printing them on my home printer...

I'm not impressed with the quality of the printing or the cutting - it doesn't look like it's been done by a professional print shop. The paper is very thin and it honestly looks like it's been printed on an inkjet printer. It's also not clear that the size you order isn't the finished size - my whole order was completely unusable. When I contacted them to suggest it might be worth making it clearer, they were rude and dismissive. Unimpressed.

Hi Melissa, Thank you for your review. As discussed this morning via Live chat, due to the nature of folded sheet printing you must order 1 size up from your desired finish size. This information can be found on the product page as well as within our help articles. We also advised that we will pass your comments about making it clearer over to the relevant team, which we have done. On this occasion we have printed as per your specification. Very poor service, printed my sheets double sided when I asked for single sided. And then reprinted the wrong sheets when I asked them to rectify this. I have wasted a week and my money and now I’m going to miss my deadline. Don’t waste your time, and avoid the stress of dealing with this company. The second delivery arrived in a ripped envelope, I’m amazed the sheets weren’t damaged. Amateurs!

Hi Anthony, Thanks for your review and recent order. As advised via Live Chat yesterday, the fonts were not printed properly as they were not embedded within your PDF. If fonts are not embedded, they will not display as expected and may be substituted in print. This font display issue was reflected in the Document Preview prior to checkout and the document was consequently printed in line with this preview. documents arrived damaged to bad packing. had to wait to get the reorder. also one document wasn't complete- didn't have plastic cover that i ordered. over priced and underwhelmed

Hi Thomas, Thanks for your review and previous order. We are sorry that the print quality was not as expected on this occasion. As advised via Live Chat yesterday (18th Feb 2019), as the order was placed some time ago (8th Jan 2019) and no mitigating circumstances were provided, our reprint/refund policy no longer applies. As per our terms and conditions, we do state that customers should check their order upon delivery and make contact within 10 business days noting any issues. It is unfortunate that you did not contact us sooner, as we would have happily reprinted or refunded as required within this period. The quality of my actual printer wasn’t excellent but regardless, printing it at home gave better quality results.

I ordered a book, but they sent me folded letter sized sheets. When I asked for refund, they insisted it was what I ordered. I said the website was confusing, it showed me a book. It is a case of "Incorrect motive" and it should be cancelled. However the staff didn't understand this terminology. I wasted 17 pounds for nothing. What do you expect me to do with this 100 sheets!? Surely I wanted a book!

This product type was shown to you in the document preview, as well as stated throughout checkout (on the basket page and order summary prior to payment) and on your order confirmation email. As 'Folded Sheets' was chosen, the order was printed in line with your selection. Doxzoo cannot be held accountable for incorrect selections made during the order process. Somebody’s else’s printing was sent to me by mistake and goodness only knows where mine went. Mine was 950 pages hers was 3. Does nobody check? This caused me major embarrassment as I had to produce this for a meeting in Holland. So no, I am not impressed with Doxzoo

For urgent orders we do advise choosing courier delivery, as this is trackable and guaranteed. Your order dispatched on 3rd Jan, so we'd expect it to be with you in the next couple of days. If there is still no sign of your package by 9th Jan, please check with your neighbours and local Royal Mail delivery office. I submitted the art work for a simple ring binder file for holiday let information. The web site asked for it to be configured in a certain way and after several attempts the web site accepted my work and took my payment. I needed the binder urgently only to be told the very next day that the inner pages that I had submitted had crashed their printer and to resupply the artwork flattened and embedded-WHATEVER THAT MEANS!! I asked to explain this and I was told by Lucy that it depends on my software. Absolutely hopeless and what a waste of time. Never use this site again.

Hi Kathy, Thanks for your review. We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our service. From time to time we do ask customers to resupply their files. We do not do this lightly - it is a last step. Our artwork studio spent time trying to fix your file and make it printable, however they were unable to do so. In light of this, our only option was to request a new version from you (with images flattened/embedded). As you were not willing to resupply the file, we have cancelled and refunded the order as requested. Best wishes, Doxzoo Team

I paid for next day delivery because I needed the printing for work. It arrived a week later. One of the pieces was missing some of the colour. Not good enough. Not happy at all and would not recommend.

Ended up with the wrong item posted. Right image printed in the wrong way which I put down to unclear website and ordering forms. Colour quality pretty poor too

Received duplicated print quantity and staff wasted a whole day enveloping 600 letters instead of 300. Apparently I was sent "overages"... and was then told it's my responsibility to check. For very large printing orders it's an impossible task to check one by one to spot repeats. Specially when done by different members of staff. Some of our orders are also sent directly to customers... and therefore we would never know double were sent until we got the postage bill. How can we trust the order will be correct? Not happy.

Hi Lulu, As advised via live chat today, we are sorry that you were sent extra copies. From time to time, overages are printed. Instead of disposing of these extras, it makes sense to pass these to the customer free of charge. In this instance, you were sent 600 sheets of paper instead of 300 sheets of paper. We are sorry that you did not notice the extras until you'd already mailed them. We do advise that customers check the document specification, quality and quantity upon immediate receipt of the order, so please do so in future. Best wishes, Doxzoo Team

I agreed for delivery on a certain date, however it was never delivered and I received a message the following day saying it will be delivered however as I was busy I had to redirect my package to a pick up point which took a further 2 days to arrive. If it had arrived on the date I choose then I would have been at home got delivery. When I received the package the sides of the box was not sealed therefore the edges of all pages were crumbled. I paid a lot of money for my printing and have been let down with the poor packaging. So so disappointed

This is our second order of the same print book job but unfortunately not satisfactory. Stripes on the rear panel are evident. Should be solid dark purple. Also spine measurement they instructed was way out, hence the red stripe. That has pushed title off-centre. Contacted Doxzoo awaiting response.
