Disappointing. They’re very sneaky with the delivery options. I paid premium for delivery on a chosen day and it was 2 days later. Company wouldn’t refund my delivery cost because it’s not ‘guaranteed’. Completely missed the point of paying extra to have delivered on a specific date. AVOID

Hello and sorry that royal mail delivered your order late. We did despatch your order on the date promised and as stated at check out royal mail first class delivery is an estimate and not trackable. We do offer a guaranteed next day delivery service via courier which was an option not chosen.

Poor service. There's no answer on weekends or evenings to any messages. It took 8 days from point of ordering to delivery. Attrocious time for 2 documents needing printed. And when I wanted to amend the order i found they only allowed upto 60 mins, after placing the he order to do this. Even though they never sent the order out for over a week. The usual company I use have a 3 day turn around time. Definitely won't be using you again.

Hello, Our customer service team are available via Live chat Mon-Fri 8:30 till 5pm, if you require assistance outside of these hours you can leave a message and they will respond first thing. We have 100+ help articles also available to provide assistance outside of working hours. You placed your order with a 5 day production turnaround and Royal Mail delivery which is an estiamted service too. We do advise on the website that if your order is urgent to use DPD which is a faster service. The editing window is 60 minutes, once your order has confirmed the production process starts as we are a highly automated service, which is why it isn't possible to amend or cancel after your editing period has ended. Doxzoo's online printing system somehow changed the order we made from A6 Flyers to A4 Posters, and upon receiving the wrong size and contacting them to resolve the issue, both people we spoke to were rude and dismissive and told us that we had to pay to have them reprinted. Bad / broken user interface, Terrible customer service. Will never use Doxzoo again.

Hello, Thank you for your review. Unfortuantely as we advised on live chat, we recieved the specification to print A4. The specification is shown to you throughout the ordering process as well as being emailed to you. We ask customers to double check their specifications as we are a completely automated service and can't be held responsible for incorrect selections at checkout. The specification of your order is shown on multiple places throughout the ordering process as well as it being on your order confirmation email. Hello, I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the products received. As mentioned when you contacted us you did select black and white printing rather than colour. This is clearly shown on the previewer, the basket summary, your order placed email and also your order confirmation email. We do try our best to get all aspects of an order 100% correct and would welcome the opportunity to work with you again.

Hi Beth, Thank you for the review. We've checked and 5 working day production was selected on this order, as well as Royal Mail 1st class delivery. The order dispatched on time (11/11) and do apologise for any delays with the delivery. I was not happy with my first order as it was far too dark amd not as it had looked on screen. Ive been told i would have to send it back and cover the cost if i would like a refund.

Paid £6 for first class delivery as needed the document urgently. Nearly 7 days later and document still has not arrived which defeats the purpose of ordering. If you need reliability and friendly, proactive customer service when issues arise, avoid this company as they will refuse to help you until 10 days have passed :)

We do try to warn customers on our website to allow extra time for Royal Mail deliveries and to use DPD if urgent. While the concept is excellent, and the customer service is good, they are not a trustworthy company after making twice the mistake of sending the printing to the wrong address.

Hello, I have checked our record of our messages and I can find no record of any incorrect deliveries. Your recent message stated that we had delivered to the wrong address, but when we checked your order it hadn't been due for despatch for another day so not sure how it had been delivered incorrectly. We checked your latest order and we can see from DPD's tracking app (which shows a photo/location snapshot) that it was accepted at the address you requested on time as ordered. Keen to help but perhaps you are confusing us with another company?

We have taken a look at the live chat messages and note that we asked to receive your order back to investigate the issue of it being printed on the incorrect stock. From the photo provided it did seem it was on the correct GSM but wanted to be sure and investigate further. the product is good, but the back-office organization is incredibily poor. Since I am a business from Spain, I asked for B2B invoice (without VAT) and I waited for weeks without having an answer. No problem, I bought anyway, and duricng the chek out phase, I was asked to input the details for the invoice, but I got the invoice titled according to the datas of the original account. I asked to make a correction and the human being who answered my in the chat said that they can't becasue the process is automatic. The thing is that the check out experience is ugly and it automatically processes original information and not updated ones. Ridiculuous. let's see if they change the details of the invoice. manually, but according to input datas.

I am sorry but we are unable to alter invoice details once an order has been placed and shipped. Regular users have the option to register with us and save their contact details. This saves having to re-enter this each time you order. With an online account you can access your past order details at any time and re-order or review at your convenience

I was eventually happy with my order but it had to be reprinted because of the most ridiculous printing mishap - human error. Back to front but in the most oddest way possible not like the PDF.

We have taken a look into this for you and note that we were actually provided with the incorrect address details by yourself on this order. We spent a lot of time liaising with DPD to try and get their driver to return and collect from the address however we were then informed by yourself via live chat that it had been returned back to us by the receiver. We are now waiting for DPD to return the parcel and we have agreed to send back out to you to the correct address details, free of charge as a gesture of goodwill. Very disappointed with the product. I ordered 4 ringbinders, and none of them close. They would all disclose confidential information, and in my line of work, confidentiality is a paramount. I will now have to look elsewhere. Waste of £40. I have emailed them and also done live chat but have had no response. I'm sure they will come back with you never asked for it to be able to close. Should have stuck to tesco or vistaprint. Would give 0 stars if possible.

No idea on the quality of the product as I haven't received it. Two failed delivery attempts despite me being in on both occasions and absolutely no way of taking to an actual human to resolve things.

Ordered bound copies of important documents. Chose the quickest and most expensive postal option. Had not arrived 20 days later. Used the "live chat " function. Extremely slow and expensive. Told to sort it out with the post office. No offer of refund or help. Will not use this service again, as it does not appear to be a service.

As we explained, at time of order you had the option of free trackable courier delivery but you chose un-trackable 1st class post when you ordered your item.
