“Ok most importantly the staff are excellent start too finish everything explained perfectly so thank you . vehicle checks were done before driving off and the vehicle was perfect clean and tidy which helps with covid staying safe . Overall super impressed many thanks Neil mason”

“I have used Yeovil site before on many occasions and from booking to pick up and return it has always been a very good job and very good customer service, Also used Wincanton site too, also very good service, Keep up the good work, Ps when is Wincanton site re opening?”

“Hi the people at Dorset Vehicle Rental were very helpful and the vehicles are always clean and reliable. They also come with full tank of fuel so you can just drive to were you have to go.Which is so good this is service that you can trust.”

“Booking process clear and easy to complete. Great customer service, rental upgrades by email were quick and simple to sort in advance. Pick up was organised and social distancing measures in place. Only think I don’t like is the return process, it’s drop-off and go - which seems to now be the standard with all rental companies. I prefer to check the vehicle over with the rental company and agree that no damage/fuel is at correct level - this is due to previous issue post return with another company. Luckily I always take before and after pics as proof in case of query. Good prices, great communication and easy rental process. Would use again over other companies.”
