“Booking process clear and easy to complete. Great customer service, rental upgrades by email were quick and simple to sort in advance. Pick up was organised and social distancing measures in place. Only think I don’t like is the return process, it’s drop-off and go - which seems to now be the standard with all rental companies. I prefer to check the vehicle over with the rental company and agree that no damage/fuel is at correct level - this is due to previous issue post return with another company. Luckily I always take before and after pics as proof in case of query. Good prices, great communication and easy rental process. Would use again over other companies.”

“I would have given an excellent rating but was not informed about glass cover at the time of booking. Unfortunately, the vehicle suffered windscreen damage which could have meant a bill of over £200. However, the company’s insurance manager agreed for me to pay the excess which would have been due had I known about the glass cover option. So a fair resolution in the end. Thus overall a good rating.”

“Easy to book online and reasonable costs. We needed to hire a car in order to travel to view a new car for ourselves. Personel were polite, the paperwork as described on the website and the car was in very good condition apart from the airconditioning/climate control which did not work on one of the hottest days on record. I had collected the car on a wet and cool morning and was only the following day when we travelled on an hour's journey to view a car to buy that we found that the aircon was not functioning. We returned the hire car earlier than booked because of our purchase and a fair refund was given. Apart from the aircon, a really excellent service and a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend and would use in the future. Would have been an 'Excellent' for service if not for aircon.”

“Great place to hire van or a car the only small issue is sometimes you there can be a big queue out the door, it might be an idea to have a time slot to pick up.”

“I hired a ford tourneo 9 seater 19 plate to drive to Austria which was a very comfortable and reliable vehicle, only issue I had with it was that only half of the front windscreen would defrost, and as it was minus 11 there, it was a bit of a problem. But other than that The vehicle was excellent. As for the staff that served me and accepted the vehicle back they could do with being a little bit more happier. It didn’t seem to be a very friendly service. But as he wasn’t coming with me to Austria it didn’t really matter. But would definitely recommend to hire from this company as I will again if needed.”

Sorry that the windscreen did not defrost properly, apologies for any inconvenience caused; because you have let us know, we can now look into this and we will sort this vehicle out. “A good service at reasonable expense. Helpful staff and vehicle provided clean and fresh. Some folk may appreciate a run through the controls and idiosyncrasies of the vehicle before driving off. This wasn't offered, but probably would have been given if asked.”

“Vehicle was good, collecting and return was efficient and pretty quick. Parking was tight but overall the hire service was good. Would use the company again, no problem.”

“My only criticism was that i was not able to collect my cash deposit on the Sunday after returning the van back to the Gillingham site. Everthing else about the hire was faultless, good polite staff . Will hire again from this company. Kind regards Mr Lowe from Bruton Somerset .”
