“Easy to book online, vehicles always clean and good quality. Only issue I've had was you select a pick up time but I had to wait over an hour to pick my vehicle up last time as there's only one person signing out vehicles (no warning on website)”

“When I arrived, the vehicle I ordered was not available. Naturally, I was a little miffed but the guys went out of their way to rectify the error which was caused by a stray email. They offered me a better vehicle and threw-in half-a-tank of fuel. I have used the Bridport DVR site many times and have always found the team helpful and efficient and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. It was a great example of how to turn a potential complaining customer into someone who would recommend them.”

“Positives; Have hired 2 vans recently. Process of booking/collecting/returning was very smooth and easy. Staff pleasant and polite.Having booked online we thought it a very reasonable price. Both vans were fine to drive. Would definitely use this company again Negatives. First van had a wobbly door mirror, the second had the last customers melted chocolate mess in the door handle.”

“I hired a transit and due to queue for collection I was late picking up despite prebooking time slot. As a result I was not aware that the vehicle given was commercial type and therefore different speed limits to smaller van I normally have. I drove happily within normal limits and got 2 speeding tickets. Would recommend speed limits for vehicles are put on dashboard. More frustrating then was to be charged £60 for putting two letters from same police in same envelope Cheeky. Staff on site were helpful. Vehicle was damaged prior to pick up and I found the warning lights stating door wasn't closed due to damage annoying.”

“Very good service and quick turnaround. Slightly aggrieved that the vehicles provided were the very basic with very few comforts, especially as I had one for a week. The price however was quite reasonable. Add ons were expensive. Extra to add another driver! Surely this could be done for free?”

“Due to Covid19 I felt staff were working to the best of their ability in such a stressful time.I did however wait a long time to be seen as there was only one staff member manning the counter area.But apart from that,your service was very good.”
