“I’ve have hired a lot of vehicles from your company and the only thing that I think could be improved is the cleaning process. The vehicles are never fully cleaned, which is why I can only give your company a good star instead of an excellent star. Before each of your vehicles goes out they should be spotless inside and out, not oh well that’ll do.”

Hi Sarah. All our vehicles have empty tanks & we run them for customers empty to empty. This is for security reasons in our yards - Sorry that the vehicle was not cleaned out properly. This was an oversight an down to human error. We have spoken to the branch manager to try and avoid this in future hires. Thank you for your review.

“Hiring was easy, van was good, customer service was good. Only wanted van for a Sunday, but was charged for 2 days as you don't open on a Sunday. Maybe you could look at this in future. Otherwise, all good.”

Thank you for your review. All of our vehicles run back to back, so normally a hire would start at 08:00 and be returned at 08:00 the following day (likewise our afternoon collections - 17:00 to 17:00 the following day). If you picked a vehicle up at 10am then the vehicle would have been stood up on your own time, hoping that our rental advisor explained this to you at the time of booking.

“I had booked a large manual car but was offered a rather small automatic Auris. However, the manager was brilliant, getting hold of a Galaxy and having it cleaned immediately. Top marks”
