“Easy to arrange over the phone (perhaps the offer of confirmation by email would have been good). Vehicle did all that was asked of it and drove well on motorway without too much noise. Deposit returned without fuss. I will definitely use again.”

Hi Sarah. All our vehicles have empty tanks & we run them for customers empty to empty. This is for security reasons in our yards - Sorry that the vehicle was not cleaned out properly. This was an oversight an down to human error. We have spoken to the branch manager to try and avoid this in future hires. Thank you for your review.

“Hiring was easy, van was good, customer service was good. Only wanted van for a Sunday, but was charged for 2 days as you don't open on a Sunday. Maybe you could look at this in future. Otherwise, all good.”
