“My only criticism was that i was not able to collect my cash deposit on the Sunday after returning the van back to the Gillingham site. Everthing else about the hire was faultless, good polite staff . Will hire again from this company. Kind regards Mr Lowe from Bruton Somerset .”

Thank you for your review Mr Lowe. We do are open 6 days a week and unfortunately are closed on a Sunday therefore we are unable to return deposits on a Sunday. Apologies for the inconvenience. We are glad to hear the hire went well for you. Thank you again.

“Our business has been regularly using Dorset Vehicle Rentals for over 10 years and we are delighted with the service we receive. Whether its minibuses or transit vans they are always clean, reliable and less than two years old, we've never had one break down on us! And the service from head office and Yeovil branch is always friendly, courteous and helpful. I can't ever remember being told they don't have what I need, even at short notice. Add to that the low rental rates and its a winning combo. Do yourselves a favour and use DVR for your vehicle needs.”

“I hired a minibus while on a week's half term holiday in Weymouth with my family and 12 chinese students hosted by my wife's guardianship company. The online booking process and paperwork on the day was very straightforward. The van was comfortable and surprisingly easy to drive. We came to Weymouth by train but having minibus transport allowed us to get out to beautiful local sights not on the main rail network, such as Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, Corfe Castle and Chesil Beach. Thank you.”

“I’ve have hired a lot of vehicles from your company and the only thing that I think could be improved is the cleaning process. The vehicles are never fully cleaned, which is why I can only give your company a good star instead of an excellent star. Before each of your vehicles goes out they should be spotless inside and out, not oh well that’ll do.”

“Very friendly, excellent service. We were even called ahead of the due time to pick up the van, and given the opportunity to take it an hour or two early - a real help. Would happily recommend this company to anyone”
