“We were a very late booking and they could not have been more helpful.Also the car was clean and I felt confident driving it. Even on the M25!”

“Easy on-line booking. Bit of a queue when picking up but no real problem. Almost new vehicle so a smooth drive. £100 deposit swiftly returned to my account.”

“The fella was very helpful and efficient the van was clean and in very good working order. The only down side was that to hire the van I needed to have a land line number which I don't have.so I had to put my employers land line.up to recently I've been self employed for 25 years so what would be happened if I'd still been self employed..the fella said that for insurance purposes you need a land line and cant proceed without one.i can t be the only one in this situation..they need to rethink this policy”

Thank you for your review and comments which we have taken on-board. We need a land line number as our insurance provider requests that we ask for this. In future we will take a work place, friend or relations land line number. Hoping this will help with any future hires.

“Easy to deal with. The Manager at Gillingham branch is a Star. Friendly and informative. Beats the pants off some of the bigger companies who often show disinterest and a couldn't care less attitude.”
