“I bought two pairs of Ultion two-star door handles from Doorfit. Really nice handles for a really good price, dispatched promptly and packed well. Big imprvement on the old floppy chipped handles, and much more secure. Slight grumble that I initially tried to order silver handles but received a phone call to say they were out of stock so had to cancel the order. I re-ordered white ones and am pretty confident the refund for the silver ones will arrive soon. Throughout all this the silver ones are marked 'In Stock' on the web site. Checking things are in stock and ordering seemed to need a lot of manual work and phone calls. Quite a nostalgic 1990s experience.”

“Arrived on time, however not as substantial as I had hoped. We have used it with an existing bracket which is much thicker. It has worked.”

“I ordered my replacement vintage door lock online and the process was straightforward from product selection through to payment. Confirmation was reassuring and delivery tracked with DHL. Arrived next day and fitted. Brilliant. Will definitely be using Doorfit again.”

“Great hinges, note they don't come with screws to attach to slab or frame, so if you are using as replacements, carefully remove and storr the old ones.”

“This is the first time I have purchased from Doorfit. The online process was easy to use and the product range was great. I purchased my items, paid for them and received my confirmation with a 2 to 4 day delivery window. I had to contact Doorfit after waiting 7 days with no contact from doorfit to see why I had not received my goods. I was advised that it would be a few more days before I got my delivery as the goods were not in stock. When the goods finally arrived they were very well packed and great quality. I understand that stocks can run out but it's good management to advise customers as to why their goods are not being delivered within the window given. It would have been a 5 star but for this lack of customer focus... Colin McAfee”
