POOR - BUT I HAVE NOT REPORTED TO TRADING STANDARDS. TO BE FAIR WHEN I E-MAILED ABOUT PROBLEM DOORFIT THANKED ME FOR ALERTING THEM. I PAID RATHER A LOT FOR A DOORBELL PUSH - CHEAPER ON SOME OTHER SITES. CLEARLY STATED ILLUMINATED BUT ON ARRIVAL IT WAS NOT (SO i MAY AS WELL HAVE SAVED AND GOT A NON-LIT VERSION). THE BUBBLE PACK HAD A LABEL SAYING ILLUMINATED, SO MAY BE SUPPLIER AT FAULT. WHEN I INSTALLED THERE WERE NO INSTRUCTIONS AND THE CONTACTS WERE SO POORLY DESIGNED IT WAS NOT REALLY POSSIBLE TO INSERT A WIRE AND TIGHTEN - SO A SOLDERING JOB - 5 MINS BECAME AN HOUR !!

Unfortunately the manufacturer of the door bell altered the product without notifying us. We have now changed the item description on our website and apologise for the error. I'm sorry that our service has fallen short on this occasion. I think the lock must be faulty somehow because My husband fitted the lock but when he tried to unlock the door one of the bars was jammed so we couldn’t open the door so he had to try to wedge the door to make a gap with a chisel so he could fit an angle grinder in to cut the bolts back off so we could get the door open. He then had to put the old lock back on which only one locking bolt works so we can lock the door. Was a very bad day the house freezing trying to fit the new lock with no success.

We have spoken to this customer and it appears this negative review relates to another company and is unrelated to the goods we shipped to them.

Ordered door handles that were supposedly in stock. Received a phone call the next day to say they were not in stock and would arrive later in the week so thought I would wait. Only to then receive another phone call at the end of the week to say that the delivery was further delayed so I asked for a refund. By this point, the money had been taken from my account. While I appreciate that this is beyond their control, what is in their control, was a prompt refund for a product that they never actually had in stock. Over a week and a half I have still yet to receive my refund. I was assured at the beginning of the week that it would take a few days. It is now Friday and still no refund.

The plate arrived bent - packaging clearly not adequate for the postal service you are using. Had to finish a job so had to purchase from elsewhere. Disappointing

A terrible company. Fitted our garage door in-correctly and have refused to fix the problem. Avoid this company if you seek good customer service.

Rubbish. £5 delivery..Nothing after 3 days, not answering phone calls on any option, then receive a call saying no stock maybe 4 more days- for a latch? Only good thing was the money was back in my account fast.

According to our courier they made attempts to deliver on the 6th and 7th and records state they left a card. The goods have been delivered today and left with your neighbour. Please do come back to me if this isn't correct. Thank you for your order. Best wishes Robert

The items I ordered were not the items that I received, I was sent inferior brass coloured knobs, not even solid brass, as apparently the item I ordered was now discontinued. It would have been better to email me to say the item is no longer available. I spoke to sales and they have said I will get a refund, which I will check on my next statement.
