“Disappointed. I needed a 100mm hinge. But the website has used the 100mm image on the 89mm hinge. Even if I return it I’m down £12 for postage in both directions.”

“Excellent Service I had occasion to order 6 pairs of Ultion door handles on 30th September this year (2026). I duly contacted Doorfit at 10.50am and spoke to their member of staff (Paul Joiner) who I asked to confirm if these handles would correctly fit into my doors. He said he would need to contact Ultion to confirm this and would call back later. He responded to me again at 11.15am and confirmed that they would fit correctly, however they only had 4 in stock so he would have to order them directly from Ultion, who would then post them directly to me. After receiving an email at 12.18am confirming my order, I realised that I had ordered handles with the wrong fixing centres. I then had to contact Paul again requesting an amendment to my order, and even though the order had already gone to Ultion, Paul made this amendment without any fuss and without any additional charge. I believe that service like this should not go un-noticed, so well done to Doofit and a very big thank to Paul. Very Best Regards Anthony Smith”

“Very nice company to do business with. I placed an order and kept adding to it and it was never too much trouble. I even got 2 calls from the transport department to keep me up to date unprompted. Delivered next day at 12:30 less than 24 hours from time of order. What more can you ask for, I would definitely use again. Here is the beauty, you'd have to go a long way to find better value, believe me, I did.”

“Nice company to order from and products look good and of top quality, so a five star rating is in order 👏👏 But and a big but is the del Co, what a shambles, a long time delivery slot was given with a time of 7.00am to 13.00pm, I’am in my 80’s so getting up for a possible 7.00am del is hard, and guess what they never turned up 0 out of 5 stars, then the next day get another time slot 7.00am to 13.00 pm, got up again early no show then get a revised slot 11.00 to 13.00pm he got to my house with a few minutes to spare !!!!! another 0 out of 5 stars for DX 🙀”
