“My 17-year-old LG Fridge Freezer (side-by-side) was leaking water from the ice dispenser - apart from that everything worked fine. Constantine from Domex was polite, tidy, efficient and very careful when dismantling the front to access the faulty ice path shutter and carry out a repair because spare parts for this model are no longer available. I was given a 11am - 3pm repair slot. He arrived at 12.10pm. I will use Domex again - my next door neighbour had recommended them for their freezer repair.”

“The Engineer left within 10 minutes saying he couldn't move the fridge to check out the issue. Very disappointed as we stayed in to wait for the visit and fridge still not working.”

Dear Sam, I am sorry that we were not able to carry out a full diagnostic and repair yesterday. I have spoken to the engineer who attended. He says that he the appliance is standing on a slightly raised plinth ( about 2cm ) So not a standard installation. The appliance is an American style Fridge Freezer, which is on wheels. So it is a heavy appliance. He says that the appliance should be lifted off the plinth to be done safely. If he pulls the appliance, when it drops from the plinth it will cause damage to both the fridge and the flooring. The appliance is not integrated , but sits within a frame. To put the appliance back it would need to be lifted back onto the plinth. We can return to help you with the repair , but the appliance would need to be made accessible for us. As per our terms and conditions, we were not able to carry out the diagnostic, so we have not charged you If you are going to look for an alternative repair agent , our advice would be to give them this information to avoid any further disappointment. “Akhil came to replace on my Blomberg washing machine, job Ref: 22410789, the heater and also pointed out, that I was not unaware of, the rubber seal of my washing machine door which looked very worn. Akhil explained to me in detail on how to take care of my Blomberg washing machine and advised what limescale products remover to use, which I purchased from him. Before going to his next appointment, Akhil put the limescale remover tablet inside my washing machine and he made sure that I understood fully on how to take care of my washing machine. I got an excellent 5 star service from Akhil and he is a brilliant and conscientious engineer.”

“I feel totally satisfied with the whole process of the repair to our tumble dryer. I feel that the cost was very reasonable with 2 visits involved to diagnose then return to fit a new part and the repair work was carried out professionally and efficiently.I like the way in which the company keep you informed about each stage of the repair. I will be using this company again and fully recommend Domex Appliance Services.”

“Absolutely amazing service from the man I spoke to on the phone. He was so helpful and kind and got things sorted for me as I have disabled children and my fridge/freezer was not working properly.
