“Until yesterday i had never heard of Domex. My experience in using their services has been superb. The Engineer turned up on time, was very polite and friendly, went to great lengths to explain the problem with the oven and then took great pains to make sure that the repair was successful. Although i have as yet to test the oven properly (cook something) I am confident that it will be o k. I can highly recommend Domex.”

“There was a fault with my freezer & It would have been very costly if every thing had to be thrown away. Because of Domex's quick response , same day appointment contents were ok. Polite & efficient engeneer.”

“My freezer started to fail, and after a lot of phone calls and failing to secure a company that could respond within a normal frame of time, apart from charging a lot more than Domex. I was lucky enough to come across this company on line. I'm so glad I did. I emailed late on a Friday night making an appointment, which was confirmed the following morning by email. The engineers arrived on time, were brilliant, and solved the issues very quickly with the minimum amount of fuss. I really can't rate this company highly enough. In this day and age its difficult to get such good customer service at a reasonable cost and within a very fast time. Brilliant, if you need them, use them, you won't be disappointed.”

“The company was sent to repair a SMEG oven which was still under warranty. They contacted me within a few hours and at the end of the day and fixed an appointment for the next day . The engineer was courteous and efficient. When fixing the thermostat switch which had lost a nut, he checked the function switch and tightened the nuts on it too as he noticed they were loose. He replaced a heating element and checked everything was working before he left. He had to take the oven out of its housing to unplug it but even then he completed the work in just under 30 minutes. Thank you!”

“Excellent service! Phone service was very efficient. The technician was incredibly helpful and gave me plenty of tips in regards to prolonging the life of my dishwasher and how to make it work most effectively. I would highly recommend dome-x!”

“Very helpful and polite service engineer. Arrived within scheduled time and was very neat and tidy. He even suggested that we claim back the cost of the replacement part for our washing machine from Samsung as it needed replacing after only 8 months. Would definitely use again.”
