Engineer called to repair fridge freezer, only could come next day but was in very early, which is very good! Very polite, explained everything, very efficient. If we have anything else broken in the house in the future would definitely call Domex. Thank you very much Henrieta, Winchmore Hill

I phoned at 8:30 this morning thinking 4 days before Christmas I would never get my oven fixed, but 3 hours later it was repaired and all sorted. Absolutely fantastic service and all staff are always very nice, friendly and polite. Thank you so much, you have saved our Christams.

Took a little longer to get an appointment than I'd prefer but customer service was ace and the engineer was a dream. Would definitely use them again.

Transparent costs and very efficient service - problems with my main oven were diagnosed on the first visit and a fixed price repair then quoted for the second. The engineer was very polite and explained everything both in terms of the problem and the fix. Very impressed, will use again and recommend to others. Thank you Domex.

I am glad my service engineer came as he gave me some valuable safety advice of which I didn't anything about regarding carbon monoxide and ventilation etc. I have passed these details on to my landlady so she can make the necessary changes and adjustments. Its always great when you get someone that is not only qualified but actually knows what they are doing. I would definitely choose Domex if I ever need to install or have an appliance repaired. The service I received was exemplary and I highly recommend and trust Domex over anyone else. Maria

Excellent customer service. Engineer didn't give up despite the age of my appliance and ultimately saved me hundreds of pounds in unnecessarily buying a new fridge. Very impressed with the booking system and provision of a very clear quote for parts and labour for the customer to help the customer decide whether to proceed.

They were very quick and efficient in getting an engineer to come and diagnose the problem. Followed up prompty by an email from customer service to confirm the parts ordered & price, booked the engineer to come and repair. Very polite and thorough engineer, did a good job. Would most definitely use again and would recommend.

The appointment was easy to book, the engineer arrived on time and did the work on the gas cooker with a minimum of fuss. An excellent performance in every respect and we will call on Domex again should any other appliance develop a fault.

Excellent customer service from the admin team. The engineer was very polite, always arrived when he was scheduled to arrive, contacting me prior to arriving to ensure someone was home. Fixed out dishwasher even though one problem led to another. Excellent value for money, we will certainly be contacting them again should the need arise.
