This is the first time that Domex have fixed an appliance (Smeg range cooker) for me, and 'Very good' should read "Excellent". The engineer (same for both the diagnostic and repair) was very polite and very efficient. He showed his ID upon arrival as stated online. Once the repairs were completed he also showed me all the parts that he replaced. During the diagnostic visit he explained (very clearly) what all the problems were, and how they could be repaired. Communications, from the first phone call to the emails and engineer calls were second to none. The charges were very reasonable too. I can honestly say that I've never been this impressed by any other service company. I thoroughly recommend, and thank Domex for their excellent service.

'Very good' does not do the service we had today justice. The engineer was very polite and efficient. He showed us the faulty part and the one he fitted and explained in a language we could understand what had caused the problem. He cleaned up the little mess he made and even coped with my 2 young children running around the kitchen! Thank you Domex, I would thoroughly recommend them.

I had this company too repair my washing machine the engineer phoned to say how long he would be when he arrived showed i.d itold what was happening with the machine he seemed to know before he touched the machine and he was right machine up and running quickly done as well good company

Engineer great! Found fault straight away but had to order part . 4 days later he arrived to fit new part, even phoning half an hour before his arrival to say he was on his way. Very courteous and professional.

The office staff were very prompt in responding to the call. Availability of engineer to inspect was the next day. Having found fault with compressor in my LG fridge freezer, domex was quick to order and have fixed the fridge within 5 working days. The service engineer Marius was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Will surely use Domex again (not that I want to!!!!...lol...) i would rather have all my appliances work well.

I've used Domex twice now (on my rather ancient washing machine and tumble dryer) - all sorted to perfection. Fast response, brilliant service plus advice on how to avoid the same problems happening again. Cannot recommend enough.

Will definitely use Domex for next domestic crisis. Good telephone service with people who knew what they were talking about. They called and texted when they said they would and no being passed around and left endlessly on hold. Engineer arrived on time and did the job fast and efficiently at a good price (replacing smashed glass door of my oven). So... all good. Highly recommend Domex. One minor niggle. Soon after I paid, my bank's fraud department contacted me to say my card had been used to pay a company in The Netherlands. Most likely my payment to Domex, I thought, so called their office to confirm this. The guy on the phone repeatedly denied payments were processed through the Netherlands. Result was 30 mins of my life lost to your-call-is-in-a-queue-hell to my bank's fraud dept - who confirmed the payment was to Domex as I'd suspected. Be good if Domex workers aware of Netherlands link to avoid tedious waste of time. Every other aspect good though.

Hi Angela, Thank you for your feedback and we are delighted to hear that you had a positive experience. We use Chip&Pin card payment provider called Payleven, which use a Netherlands based bank to handle the payments. This is the reason for the warning trigger from your bank. However, it's all legitimate and a lot safer in general. Regards Domex

I've used Domex on another occasion over 1 year ago and I must say the consistence in their service is great. Nice customer service on the phone, engineers polite and call upfront (i guess when they are directly employed and not contractors makes a difference). Also very good value for money, though there are cheaper one man companies, I guess you get what you pay for. Thanks Domex

Excellent service - no drama at all. Was given a next day slot, the engineer arrived on time, spotted a faulty wiring issue that was mended at no extra cost :) More than happy to have my old Beko fixed up and running again. Well done!

As a woman, it is always a bit of a stress to have a repairer at home. However Domex call centre was quick and efficient, and very pleasant too. The engineer was so polite, friendly and respectful as he put shoe protection before entering our flat. He quickly spotted the issue, explained it to me. The part that they ordered was priced the same that AEG sells it. Customer service are brilliant at arranging 2nd appointment quickly and they even call you to offer cancelled slots to you for a faster service. Price is reasonable too. Overall a super professional company... Very impressive!

I FOUND YOUR RECEPTION STAFF VERY WARM AND HELPFUL. YOUR ENGINEER ARRIVED SPOT ON TIME AND GOT DOWN TO WORK STRAIGHT AWAY. A FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL TRADESMAN. WAS SMART AND TIDY AND GOT THE JOB DONE IN GOOD TIME. ADVISED ON HOW TO PREVENT SIMILAR PROBLEMS IN FUTURE. A GOOD REPRESENTATIVE FOR YOUR BUSINESS. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND DOMEX AS A RESULT. A REFRESHING CHANGE IN YOUR SERVICE SECTOR WHERE AVERAGE STANDARDS ARE COMMON PLACE. WELL DONE JAN.

I found the service very friendly and professional throughout. My Bosch dishwasher needed a new soap dispenser which the engineer had on his van and managed to fix it first time. At first I found £37 for a soap dispenser too high but after checking on the internet later found that the same part was actually a lot more £61. So all in all very happy with the service and will definitely use again.

Extremely disappointed with this service and the unhelpful, disorganised staff. I made an appointment for someone to take a look at my cooker today. I already had to wait three days for the appointment, but I decided to wait because Domex has good reviews and the guy I spoke to seemed friendly and competent. The day before my appointment, they called and changed the time. This was inconvenient, but I didn't have much of a choice at that point, so I rearranged my plans. The engineer then arrived an hour early, before I was actually home. He then said he couldn't park anywhere without a parking permit. I don't have a car or a parking permit, so I called up Hackney Council to ask about visitor vouchers - it turned out I would have to go and pick them up in person, which is a 40-minute journey each way and not something I have time to do today. They should have asked me about the parking situation 3 days ago when I first called to make the appointment. When I called again to sort this out, Domex refused to: a) Park in a pay and display area b) Try to come back outside restricted parking hours I am now left having taken half a day off work - in the middle of the day - with nothing to show for it, trying to frantically call other companies who can come and get it done at the last minute so I don't have to go the whole weekend with no cooker. I'm furious.

Dear Pia, Thank you for voicing you frustration, and firstly I'd like to apologize for the inconvenience cause. I believe our Customer Services resolved your complaint very swiftly i.e. within an hour of your complaint and we are seeing your on a Saturday at no extra cost. We NEVER refuse to park in Pay & Display bays, in fact that's 90% of the cases and the percentage of visit where there is no parking available within a reasonable distance is very very low. We are about to include a script to advise customers at the point of booking that if no pay & display is available in reasonable proximity say 200 yards, we may have to re-arrange the visit. It is London and everyone who drives knows how much of an issue the parking is and trust you find our resolution adequate and satisfactory. Finally, I hope the repair goes well and you have a healthily working appliance. regards, Domex

Couldn't find anyone else who sold the integrated dishwasher model I wanted (Whirlpool mode) and who could install it as well. Well done Domex for providing such a good service. Efficient and helpful engineers.
