“The engineer telephoned about 25 minutes before arrival. He was then prompt and put overshoes on in our porch because it was a wet day. He listened to our description of the cooker fault thoroughly checked the wiring and quickly found and repaired the fault. He then tested the aspects of the cooker that he had repaired before leaving. He was very courteous and helpful.”

“I was given the number of Domex when I called my cooker manufacturer regarding a problem. I called, was given a price and an appointment was made. The engineer arrived during the allotment time slot and was very efficient in his work and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Domex.”
