Ordered 23 dog bowls, was tolled there was only 6 in stock i said forward them on and send remainder when stocks come in, delivery driver arrived with my order and gave me the wrong parcel and left my parcel in his van, on opening my parcel when finally getting it there was only 5 bowls, not 6 as i was tolled, on inspection 3 of the bowls was damaged bents in them so i returned them, and cancelled the remaining order.

I have no idea what this product is like because I still haven't received it. DS decided to deliver it to my credit card address instead of the delivery address I gave them so I'm still trying to figure out how to get it. When I raised this with them, there staff were blunt and rude, telling me it was all my fault and would have to figure it out for myself. Priceless. My puppy arrives soon so I will probably just have to buy another one, but not from DS, obviously. This was an extremely disappointing experience for me and not one I would want anyone else to have, hence this revue. I'm sure there are plenty of other suppliers around. Its such a such a shame that customer service still doesn't count for anything sometimes, especially when faceless and disinterested staff can hide behind their keyboards and treat their customers like this. What goes around comes around though...

Confusion when the Baskerville ultra Muzzle size 6 arrived, not the stated measurements on the size guide. Anger when a pet shop fitted a Baskerville Ultra Muzzle size 6 perfectly. Only to be told several manufacturers make Baskerville Ultra Muzzles as a result they vary in size!

Fairly quick delivery, refunded my money but did not refund my postage although the item was not any use despite stating it was okay for Citroen Cars, it wouldn’t fit any of my three Citroen cars. I do feel the return postage should have been refunded as it wasn’t my fault it didn’t fit my car.

Utter rubbish! Neither item lasted longer than 10 minutes with our two Springers...! A gross lack of robustness in the items' construction - leading to a complete waste of money.

Great idea but sizes are incorrect. Sent pictures of the wrong measurements and offered a refund. Didn't cover my return postage so I'm out of pocket through no fault of my own. Not a great experience.

I cannot review the product as I’m still waiting for its delivery after nearly two weeks. The delivery company Hermes are clearly incompetent & reluctantly have no alternative but to wait for their convenience.

My order and payment was taken immediately and despite my follow up emails I still have not received my order - two weeks later. Hermes apparently have the order and have had it since 1 June but no information on their website. I shall not be ordering again and shall advise my friends likewise.

Had confirmation email of complete order processed and ready for despatchwithin hours of placed order. Then had 2 seperate refunds but not explanations for the refunds over the next 4 working days. Order despatched after 4 working days. Received order with a shortfall, hand written alterations to order invoice in delivery which arrived 2 days later, which was 6 days after order placed. No communication to say my order had been altered or that there was insufficient stock to complete my order, even tho I had contacted them to find out why order was taking so long and not a word was said about lack of stock. No communication to explain refunds. Contacted them by phone after receiving delivery for an explanation, didn't find them helpful at all. First time using this company, Very disappointed will not be using them again. Customer satisfaction and correspondence does not seem to be high on the company agenda. Would not recommend to anyone

After 2 weeks item still not received, even though I had received confirmation it was ready to be dispatched. When I telephoned to find out where it was I was told the colour was no longer available. They claimed they had sent an email but non received, not even to junk. We agreed they would send a second choice of colour, still not received! AVOID

Hi Looking to order the 42" crate and a cover. Rather concerned to read that the cover seems to be too small for this? Is this correct?

Thank you for your enquiry. The crate covers in both the one door and the two door versions are designed to fit our settle-down and premium range of crates (the XL crate is 42"L x 28"W x 31"H). The 42"/XL cover will also fit on the heavy duty crates, however the heavy duty 42"/XL crate is about 1" shorter (it is 41.5"L x 28"W x 30"H ) but the cover will still work well with it. Even the Dog-Life 42"/XL training den crates we stock can still be used with the 42" cover. The Dog-llife XL crates are a little smaller at 42"L x 27"W x 30.5"H than our own range ones so the over will go on but bit a fraction big. Hope this helps. It still hasn't arrived after 2 weeks. No communication whatsoever. Cannot review the non-existent .

Bitterly disappointed with this bed and the service. Bed arrived and my 12 week old puppy took 3 mins to find the label and rip the fabric and destroy the bed.
