“We ordered a product payed extra for next day delivery for 10 days we received notifications for delivery and never received our product missing time off work as well the whole thing was a mess I wouldn’t rush to buy anything else from this company.”

“The tags are a good size and appear solid. The writing can only be seen, but you have to put it at a certain angle in the light. I've had other brass tags before and the engraving seems deeper. I've just checked Eggsy's tag as I write this and his name has rubbed off! Gutted. Stars reduced to 1 originally I put a 3.”

“The products were faulty, impossible to contact the Company ‘Doggie Solutions’ as they dont seem to actually exist any more, been taken over I think. Had to resort to the complaints dept At PayPal who eventually gave us a refund. Shocking behaviour.”

“I didn't receive my order from doggie solution a week after my purchases of 2 dog beds I was told (only after asking where they were) that there was no stock left. Very disappointed was looking forward to getting them. I did get my refund but would have preferred the beds”

“Don't even want to give the 1 star rating. Processed payment for a dog crate as recommended by a reputable airline pet travel firm. It didn't arrive. They claim lost in transit. No further stock available. DHL advised yesterday they were not able to collect parcel as expected as it wasn't ready for Doggie Solutions dispatch to them. DODGY probably a more apt brand name. Find another supplier.”
