“It's okay, doesn't fit my xl bully well it's not wide enough so squishes her face at the sides, it's quite thick so rubs under her eyes and has no padding so makes her sore, I'm finding it impossible to find a muzzle for an xl bully that can fit comfortably”

“Sent a muzzle back that was too small after they said I could. Sent it back tracked but lost the receipt, but I highly doubt they did not receive it. No refund. Would not use again. The coat I ordered was covered in marks too.”

“I have used Rogz collars many times however was disappointed that I had to return this one as the metal ring for lead attachment as seen on website was not what arrived. In my opinion it was an inferior loop as you can see on the photo uploaded. Should ve as advertised.”

“Delivery very late. Little help was offered via customer service after emailing, the explanation provided was simply that delivery times vary- no offer of tracking or return of delivery charge, which wasn't cheap. Would have been helpful to have more accurate delivery estimates in the run up to Christmas- as obviously this information is what customers choose their delivery option based on. Disappointing delivery and customer service response.”

“Not overly impressed. The battery provided didn’t work and the collar is thinner and slippery and didn’t hold the adjustment I made to shorten the collar. Fortunately I was able to use the collar from the old unit and I also had a spare battery.”

“Ordered the dog bed and received a confirmation email to confirm order and to say that it was ready for dispatch and the money was taken from my account. After no further contact I sent an email asking if there was a delivery date. Reply saying that they were busy and not to contact them again until we heard from them. After still not hearing anything and my dog needing the bed I sent another message. Some days later I received a message saying that the money was being refunded to my account with no explanation why. Terrible customer service. PS. Sourced the same bed elsewhere with free next day delivery.”

“Ordered the Pet Bed for Large Dogs. Didn't feel the communication from the seller was timely in respect of dispatch. I had to chase but then the product arrived the next day! They definitely have issues around what their systems say versus the reality.”

“I ordered an identity disc on the 26th August. 29th August I was informed it was ready for dispatch. Today 14th September I still have not received it so cannot review the item. Delivery is taking far too long. The website was ver easy to use however.”

“Wrong tag sent to me. Phoned company could only leave message no one has ever called back. Contacted no on tag who had been sent mine so had to sort between ourselves.”
