“I recently purchased a raised dog bed from this company. The item I received was faulty and therefore not fit for purpose. I have emailed this company 3 times over the past week to return the item and get a refund but have not heard a single word back. Avoid!”

“Poor customer service I must say I'm shocked about ZERO customer service. We purchased dog travel carrier. Unfortunately this breed can't fly and I sended 3 times emails, messages to customer service, rang number on FB, text by messenger and nothing. Please avoid this online store!! Easy to take money.... last email I send on 7th March.”

“I bought the gold dog play pen but it arrived all patchy. They won’t provide a return label and are ignoring my emails so I’m stuck with a patchy shabby looking play pen. When the description and pictures don’t match the product the seller should provide a return label!!”

“Completely incompetent, couldn't care less about the customer. No telephone number, so need to communicate by email. Ordered an expensive product for next day delivery and indicated time of the essence. One day delivery confirmed. A day later told product not available and offered a different one, but before I could discuss differences, my order cancelled! Wasted a precious day. Will never shop here again. Don't trust this company and read past reviews on Trustpilot .”

“I ordered a fluorescent dog jacket. I had no email confirming my order, and when the jacket arrived, it was the wrong size. I emailed the company on 3/2 asking for instructions as to how to exchange it for the right size, but have had no instructions.”

“I was very disappointed with this. Our last Dynavet collar from Doggie Solutions lasted us nearly ten years of excellent service. This one seems to have a range of 30 metres instead of 300 metres and it dies after two squirts. Doggie Solutions say I can send it back for repair but it took nearly two weeks to get here because of the postal strikes and I'm sure it will now be a month before I get this fixed or replaced.”

“I can't review the dogfood as I haven't received it. I've heard nothing from the company - I've emailed them directly, and through Paypal, which is how I paid. I've also reported this to Paypal - hopefully I'll eventually get refunded. I paid over £49 for a 15kg bag of grain-free duck which I'd bought specifically for a dog with allergies. I've now ordered from Caspian Pets and would highly recommend them instead as delivery was prompt and they will actually reply to you. So, to be clear - unless you want to give your money away for no product, don't deal with this company”
