they didn’t unlocked my iPhone all. false advertisement also they never mentioned an extra $50 fee to completely unlock …. Also this company sent me a email so I can get a refund but I asked for it they can’t find my email or that I paid I have receipts and email they charged me and now they can’t find it scam . I really would like a refund my iPhone I can’t use my SIM card

The process took over a week, but the unlock was successful. Extremely happy with the outcome and the information along the way. Minus one star for how hidden away the fact the first charge is secretly just an Eligibility Check and an additional fee is required for the actual unlock. Minus 3 more stars for how after my unlock they bribed me for a review offering a £10.00 refund. However after leaving a review they did not give me my refund and when I contacted support about the issue they just ghosted me.

Should let customers know that you have to make 2 payments before you can probably get your phone unlocked I think it was a scam they lour you in with the first initial amount

Poor service wanted to charge me more then the site stated so I cancelled and figured out how to get it unlocked through the actual phone company and they didn't want to refund my money

Eu quero meu reembolso do meu direito … pq um serviço que eu não quero … nem sei dar certo pq eu não dei continuidade no serviço pq cobrou um valor não esperado e depois ainda tinha que pagar mais …. Eu estou em busca do meu reembolso não meu dinheiro não é capim não

BEWARE…Paid $15 for the initial check, then another $35 to unlock Samsung phone that was locked to UK Vodafone. Didn’t work. Money lost. AVOID.

Very unfortunate that you couldn’t unlock it my phone I was deceived by false promise. your company it’s not worthy of a good customer. You lie to me and took my money and never resolved the problem.
