Sorry but I don't quite understand your review. Do you mean that your phone data if faster with the eSim? That's down to the carrier you are using on the eSim.
Regarding your unlock, both eSim and physical sim are unlocked at the same time.

“I Initially called my mobile provider who informed me they will not be unlocking my phone.
I then did a search online. Found the website direct unlock and they appeared to be the most professional interface of a website. In fact I did not find another website who matched the price.
