“I bought a phone I was told it was unlocked to any service and I tried to activate a sim and it wouldn't work I then found out it was locked to Vodafone and so I got a sim it worked for 1 day I didn't no what happened so I called Vodafone they told me the phone has been reported stolen I said no I bought it how can that be they told me the owner did it and there was nothing I could do as Vodafone block the imei so now I had a phone that was a brick couldn't use it after spending 1200. I google how to unlock imei numbers and saw Direct unlocks and though I had nothing to lose ill try them and thank god direct unlock my imei and I could use any sim as well ... THANK YOU SO MUCH I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM ...”

“After paying 2 charges, they send the unlock codes. The problem is my S20FE from Mexico Telcel will not give the opportunity to enter the codes on boot with the new SIM. I've been told I need to do a USB unlock. Which I would try, if I could get any support from the actual support line. Not the "live" chat. Which just repeats my history and adds some understanding my frustration comments.”
