“Excellent what else can I say. Easy to order, arrived about 4 days later. Tried local dealers and would of waited 3 or 4 weeks and 2 out of 3 asked to do a home visit, each time tried to convince us to get a new flue which would of more than doubled our cost. Our flue is only 4 metres long and in excellent condition??? Plus we paid £1,049.00 delivered, cheapest locally was £300 more expensive!”

“Great service. My original stove was delayed and I was told promptly. I reorderd with ease. My only gripe is that they use Palletways to deliver...they are unhelpful and basically dump your stove on your front step rather than 'delivered'. With a heavy product you need a 2 man delivery who can lift it off the pallet into your home...who can have 2 people off work for a delivery?”

“Very pleased with service from Direct Stoves. Purchased a Chesney's Heat & Grill unit recently and had some issues upon arrival. Upon feeding back via phone, the problem was very promptly dealt with, updates received and resolved completely over next few days. Responsive & great Customer service in my experience. We would use Direct Stoves again.”

“Item arrived at the advised time. When I needed to raise a query customer services were easy to get through to on phone, polite and genuinely cared. The delivery driver was excellent, so would highly recommend Direct Stoves if you are considering a purchase.”
