“After a very disappointing start receiving a badly damaged komado BBQ the customer service was absolutely superb in resolving the issue . After speaking to Nick he always returned my calls and updated me regularly and resolved the issue speedily with little fuss! Thank you Nick and Direct stoves .”

“Excellent service,restricted access to my property but they managed to deliver chose the canterbury electric stove,brilliant not working yet due to work going on but cannot fault the workmanship of the fire very heavy cast iron looks and feels like a log burner really rate this stove. “I recently ordered a new BRITISH MADE stove from Direct Stoves for mainly two reasons. 1, it was available in stock and 2, it was about £150 cheaper than my local stockist. I must say, that the local stockist to me was much more knowledgeable than the chap that I spoke to on the telephone at Direct Stoves, but he could not supply the stove of choice until December. I received the same stove five days after placing the order from direct stoves, and there was a weekend in between! The delivery driver had a motorized pallet truck and did all the work, placing the stove (which was all wrapped with its accessories in film and on a pallet) in my garage. I didn't have to help in any way. Great service, availability and value for money. I would like to add that after Brexit, it was very important to me to buy a British made Stove in order to support British industry.”

“Hassle free shopping with a good range of products to browse/review. I ordered my stove and received it within 1 week. Kerbside delivery was easy and straightforward. The delivery driver was very helpful moving it on the pallet truck to my garage. The stove was very well packaged and there is no concerns regarding damage. As advised installation has only just been arranged following delivery so unable to comment on product performance as yet. I ordered a Peanut 3 it looks great and compact with fitted heat plate at the rear enabling minimum clearance from combustible materials.”

Hi Nic We offer a one and two man delivery service. You selected the one man service when ordering. You advised the fire brick was broken 2 days after delivery and we sent a replacement out to you the following day. Many Thanks

Hi Louis Sorry that the handle on your stove arrived damaged. I can see that you reported on the 8th July and we ordered a replacement handle from the supplier the same day. We spoke on the 14th to confirm what was happening and a replacement was dispatched on the 19th and arrived on the 20th July. Many Thanks

“The stove is very satisfactory. I have only had it on for demonstration and one other occasion so far, but am delighted with it. The delivery service was excellent and putting the stove together was not taxing, much having been done before delivery, ie legs attached.”
