“Excellent product del good. No instructions re coal positions also poor fitting instructions asked to fit batteries after I had fitted burner assembly so had to remove and fit them”

“Amazing! Ordered a stove on a Thursday arrived Monday flue pipe and plate damaged a quick email and new parts sent. Stove (Firefox 5) is amazing heats the room very well the house is 114 years old and does get cold but no more”

“Direct Stoves have been a good company to use in the purchase of two multi-fuel stoves. The man in the showroom in Stockport was very helpful. We later had contact with staff over the phone, having placed two orders online. In both instances they kept in touch and both have been delivered very close to their stated delivery dates. Given the delays nationally with supplies and deliveries, we have been grateful for their communications throughout.”

“Very pleased with the product, and although there was an issue over smashed glass in the door on arrival, the customer service team resolved it very quickly. No complaints at all - excellent service.”

“I ordered my stove by phone. The young lady I dealt with was very friendly and chatty (I hope she got her holiday in Portugal okay) and completed the whole transaction quickly and efficiently. Well done DirectStoves.”

“The stove is excellent and the help from customer care very good. Let down by haulage company which is not Direct Stoves fault, but maybe change delivery people or make it more apparent that delivery in someone else’s hands. Stoves direct no problem with and website and communication all good.”

“Nice, small stove with a large enough output! Looks smart, seems to work well and one log lasted quite a while. Just had it installed, so it’s early days, but both my wife and I are very pleased with it. Great service as well.”
