“Excellent service, 2nd stove I bought this year, a big saving on buying from nearest stockist. Second one delivered to door in a few days, first one few months ago had to wait week or 2 but again no problems at all. Would recommend them to anyone.”

“The product itself is great. Just as seen on website. However I do have issue with delivery. It arrived packaged on a pallet. This was left on my doorstep and could not be taken inside. This was a problem for me. The driver was kind enough to wait until I managed to unpack the shelf and then he took away the pallet.”

“Easy order process but had to promptly change delivery date that was accommodated. Stove very well packaged and delivery as required. Driver went the extra mile to assist in getting the heavy stove to patio doors at rear of house via a gravel drive.”
