“I had a couple of question before I ordered a Tiger stove. When I telephoned the person was very helpful indeed and made me confident about purchasing the stove I had chosen. I had an issue with access for delivery and put a note when I ordered. I had a prompt response via email explaining that the delivery company was now aware of the issues and was resolved. Delivery was rapid and on the date stated. The Tiger 6kw stove with cooking plates has been top notch. Supplying a good amount of heat with the top hot plate option a real bonus. I can highly recommend the Tiger stove which is a real cast iron solid job and Direct Stoves for first class service. Also there were the cheapest I found for this stove.”

“Informative website with plenty of choices. The stove arrived on the date promised despite national issues with lorry drivers. The stove was easy to assemble but the steps in the assembly instructions are out of sequence - common sense prevailed and it was easy to figure out. Pleased with the purchase.”
